Locals are great about sharing the road and we ask the same courtesy in return. • We recommend AWD in January and February, as our driveway is also steep and curvy. • There are no refunds for weather. We suggest you consider purchasing travel insurance for possible cancellations. • Per our house rules, you will be required to sign a renter’s agreement at the time of booking where a copy of your ID will be requested. Please be sure your name, photo and birth year are visible. If you would like a copy of the renter’s agreement prior to booking, please ask. We are happy to provide it. • Minimum renter’s age is 25 and ID verification is required. • Also per our house rules, you will be required to schedule a $500 security deposit hold at the time of booking. The hold is processed the day before your check-in and as long as the cabin and property are left in good condition, it is released within 3 days of your check-out. • We understand that accidents happen. As part of your reservation, you will receive accidental damage protection for up to $1,500 (exclusions apply). We kindly ask that you inform us of any damages in a timely manner so we can start the remediation process. If the damage was caused by negligence, breaking of house rules or it falls under the exclusions, it may be withheld from your security deposit. Again, communication is key.
