Sink and tub were very very slow to drain. Never got better despite bringing it the attention of the front desk. They did fix a shower rod that was very loose.

This location is an old hotel and has not been updated. The both chairs were broken, the AC didn't work and the shower was not work. Will never stay there again.

So run down. The carpet in the room was wet , the sliding door to balcony was being held together by duck tape. Tape!!!
The tub was dirty. The tile floors in the first floor seem like they have never been swept or mopped . Yuck. This hotel is super old. Needs major renovations. The view from the 18th floor was amazing, though.

Great location, views and friendly staff. I have stayed here many times and the more I do the more I realize this is outdated and rooms are in somewhat rough condition. I would continue to stay here however.

The hotel was very nice. The dining room was under staffed and the Breakfast was taking over an hour to be served. We did not stay and about 4 people walked out complaining about the coffee being cold when it was served.

Great view of the marina from 15th floor. Comfortable bed and pillows! Bathroom was clean.
Ice maker was empty, hall carpet was noticeably dirty, towels and bath mat were frayed. Coffee supplies had not been restocked.

There was a water leak in the toilet. I called them and they said they can move me up to a different floor. But I like the lower floors.
But I will not stay there again.
