Housekeeping akan membersihkan kamar atas permintaan Anda ke meja depan.
Lebih baik membuat reservasi untuk kamar di lantai dasar. Jika Anda membawa bagasi besar. Tidak ada lift di hotel.

Bathroom fan (non-optional, wired to the lights) was unbearably noisy. Also, no safety grab bar in the tub for shower use, and no tub mat provided. Very unsafe. The number identifying the suite from the outside was missing a digit, so it was impossible to find the room from the outside. A lot of running around to get access. Cafeteria coffee was weak and tasteless. All this for $200.00 a night !

Only downside, the patio door needed two man and a towing almost to open up. Otherwise everything was perfect.

This was a beautiful hotel. Very clean and easy to find. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage.

At our arrival staff member annonced us the pool was closed . We decided to not check in and go somewhere else. We got charged full room. Family of 4 kids waiting to get splash in a pool closed and no offers from the manager and either ******* to accommodate us . We ended up paying 2 rooms . Everyone knows how expensive it is to travel with a family. We are shock to learned at our expenses that no one from confort inn or ******* have no reggards on honest business. In the future we will be looking carefully to deal with a different provider.

Room not made up. Front desk claims that they asked us if we wanted house keep the next morning. (They did not asked us). Our room was not made up when wd came back from a long day out. Front desk claims they asked us and they did not.
For future, have the front desk clerk to ask and make a note in the file if you want room made up or not. We have traveled extensively all over the world and this is a first.
