"The hotel's location, ambiance, and facilities are actually quite good, but the front desk service is terrible! I stayed here again on my way back to Quebec from Toronto, and my experience was still that the front desk service is awful! They always have a really cold and indifferent attitude; I can't understand why they're like that! If it weren't for the fact that this is the only hotel available in this area through Trip.com, I wouldn't stay here!"

"The room was very comfortable, independent villa, clean and hygienic, with kitchen utensils. The car stops at the door and it is very convenient to get in and out of the luggage. There is WalMart nearby, which is convenient for buying ingredients. After eating and watching the World Cup, the day ended happily."

"The hygiene in the room was okay, the breakfast was relatively simple, but there were too many people eating, so you had to wait in line. The most annoying thing is that when I was having breakfast, a waiter cleaned up the table next to me and sprayed disinfectant all over me, and then sprayed my table again while I was still eating!"
