Great cleanliness, but not a lot of amenities. The lack of air conditioning and the loud trains outside is a bit ridiculous for the price.

Not a very good hotel. Some rooms have older bathrooms and was very noise. No a/c in summer time

Everything was great but except one thing. I know that room cleaning service would be applied only when I called. Although, I informed about receptionist, there was no any cleaning in my room.

The room facing the street was a bit noisy, so I upgraded to the room opposite. The window was the port, very quiet and beautiful. The hotel has a good location. #It's very close to the subway and belongs to Zone 1, but it's the last stop in Zone 1, so you must check the direction before getting on the train. Otherwise, if you only buy a ticket for Zone 1 and go in the wrong direction, you may be fined.# The hotel has a rich breakfast with hot food. It is served until 9:30 on weekdays and a little later on weekends. The most important thing is that the hotel provides free parking. Parking in Denmark is too expensive

The hotel is very close to the subway, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the subway entrance. You can take this subway line to the mall and the Little Mermaid. The hotel breakfast is good 👍, I will continue to stay next time

Because of the business trip, the company selected this hotel and I also stayed for two more nights. I think I need to give an objective review of this hotel for other people's reference 1) Facilities: The weather in Denmark in October is a bit cold, especially in the morning and evening, but there is no air conditioning. There are no toothbrushes or slippers in the room. There are two rolls of toilet paper, one of which has mold spots on the outside. Because there is no air conditioning, the waiter brought me a kettle on request. The hotel is large and has many rooms, but the gym is very small. There is only one elliptical machine and one treadmill, which is very inconvenient and easy to run out of space 2) Service: A brother who works during the day hesitated when I asked if there were slippers. In the end, he refused me because there were no disposable slippers. But at noon on the second day of check-in, I asked the cleaning waiter with a try-it mentality and she gave me a pair. So it is difficult to understand the behavior of the front desk clerk 3) Food and Beverage There are not many breakfast options. Every day, I rely on sour bread with butter and some scrambled eggs. There is not even a vegetable salad. I can only take two cucumber slices a day to ensure green intake It is convenient to travel because taking a taxi is too expensive because there is an M4 subway nearby.

Except for the breakfast, the environment is not good and the travel is not convenient. I stayed for one night and the sanitation was not cleaned the next day. It is still a four-star hotel.

Highly recommended hotel, easy to find, convenient parking, sea view outside the window, and good front desk service
