Nice hotel with comfortable bed, very quiet environments to make you enjoy the sleeping.

Very nice location. The service wa briliant. very good breakfast. The staff was very helpfull.

Everything was great but except one thing. I know that room cleaning service would be applied only when I called. Although, I informed about receptionist, there was no any cleaning in my room.

房間很好，空間挺大，窗户邊就是海景，景觀很好。早餐選項也挺多，還可以，還是免費停車，挺方便的。但是攜程入住時間描述不清，讓人混淆。

very disappointed, I booked this hotel for 7 people due to a business trip. according to the website it had a SPA, including a sauna and bathtub. Arriving at the hotel I was told that it was under construction. the rooms were not air-conditioned and room service has to be requested, I asked for a room refresh and only the towels were taken away leaving me with just a single clean towel and the sheets were not changed the water content in the shower is terrible and the bathroom is all wet after a shower. the shower is terrible, sometimes I thought the water was running out because the outlet was so weak. I will not stay at this hotel or chain again.

Amjad was very courteous and helpful guiding us patiently about sightseeing options and other information. I really appreciate it.

Breakfast was ok No eat, watter or cafe in room. Sauna was not working.

Had a lovely stay but felt room could have been cleaner - there were dirty glasses under the bed and the quilt was badly stained by coffee ? And just covered by the quilt cover

The hotel was ok but the area around the hotel was not ok with constructions and the railroad near by the hotel.

Enjoyed the stay, breakfast variety excellent with very limited packaging and waste.
