Ulasan Atour X Hotel, Yan'an Road, Wulin Square, West Lake, Hangzhou

Ketika kami check-in, adik laki-laki Zi Yi di meja depan memiliki sikap pelayanan yang sangat baik. Dia membantu kami check-in dengan cermat. Kamarnya juga sangat luas. Seluruh hotel sangat bersih dan rapi. Transportasinya sangat nyaman saat kami datang ke Hangzhou.

Di sebelah hotel terdapat Intime Department Store, tidak terlalu jauh dari Stasiun kereta bawah tanah Fengqi Road dan Wulin Square, hanya perlu satu perhentian ke in77, dan transportasinya nyaman. Lingkungan hotel sederhana, sikap pelayanannya baik, kebersihannya bersih, aliran air di kamar mandi sangat kuat, dan tempat tidurnya nyaman.

Check in was at the 8th floor and process was comfortable with complementary tea (which was rather fragrant) provided while waiting. Room was well-sized with ample space for walking even with 2 opened lugages on the floor. Window could be opened with an insect shield allowing cool air and ventilation in the room. 1 small downside was the lack of space in the shower area for dry clothes but could be overcome with some problem solving and strategising. Breakfast was decent. Not really international but with local and regional food. Has a small noodle station as well with an auntie cooking for you. Although seating area was small but we could find seats easily. Service was very very very good. Front desk was 24hours and the staff were all very helpful and happy to help. Had some issues connecting to the wifi (needed a local number) on the first day and they went up to the room to assist me even though it was late at night. Had a fully stocked laundry room (very impressive) open 24hours with 3 dryers and 3 washers and a mini gym beside it.

Location is convenient. Breakfast is delicious. All hotel servers are friendly. Hotel room is cleanliness.

Service desk is amazing. People at the desk will try hard to please you. Rooms are a little bit pricey for what you get. You can pay less for a better room. The problem was the smell coming from the pipes.

Gone all morning, back 14.30, room still not cleaned. There is no “do not disturb” sign. We wrote “do not disturb” in Mandarin on a piece of paper and stuck it to the door, then tried to sleep because we were extremely tired and jet lagged. After a while they start CALLING ON THE PHONE, letting it ring like 10+ times, asking if we want cleaning. Are you serious??? We are SLEEPING. We put “do not disturb”. Just leave us alone!!! If we miss the cleaning it’s our own decision. Just let people rest in their room, is it so hard to understand??? The sound isolation is pretty bad too, other guests slamming doors like crazy non-stop. Room is dusty and floor dirty, feet get black if walking without slippers. I had high hopes based on the rating but I’m really disappointed.

Breakfast with almost none western options, the area is nice though. it's a nice hotel, but don't expect people speaking english.

This hotel was located in a very convenient location in Hangzhou. It was right near a subway station allowing easy access to transport across the city. It was also within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I didnt know the difference between Atour 亚朵 and Atour 亚朵X when I originally booked this hotel. Atour 亚朵X is a cheaper hotel chain than Atour 亚朵 but the quality is still very good. The one thing I didnt like about my room was the shower. Water leaked from the shower onto the floor no matter how I showered. I just think the seals to the shower weren’t good enough or probably needed replacement. Besides that minor issue (which may only have pertained to my room), I thought it was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Service is good. And the location is very convenient to get to West Lake and other notable areas in Hangzhou. I think in the future, I’ll just book regular Atour 亚朵 but if you’re looking to save some money, Atour 亚朵X is well worth it.

Perfect for a quick business tip. Convenient location, right next to Fengqi Lu Subway Station which connects with Hangzhou East Railway Station and the airport.

The hotel staff are very friendly, and although there are not many breakfast menus, they are very delicious.

Location was great, near wulin square, wulin night market and xihu. Service was great, staff was really helpful.

Nice, clean place. Only one problem, reception staff, can’t speak English at all.
