My worst stay in a hotel ever. This was a one night stay and just needed a clean place to rest on a long trip. Started well enough durng check in, although having to go find the desk clerk hangiing with friends by the pool should have been a clue. The room was what i expected upon entry. After grabbing dinner we returned to find the bathrooms not cleaned and used soap still i. The soap tray of the shower. The bed was hard and pillows flat. The ac could not hold 72 degrees and i had to adjust multiple times during the night. The thing that really set us off was just after midnight a continuos beeping sound began to come frome the hvac system. Only one staff member on duty we tries to mak due with a nkise app on our pbone. We may could have changed rooms but being in the hvac ducts it was not a sure thing to fix the problem and we would have had the hassle of moving. I will pay more for a quality hotel next time.

Front desk staff extremely pleasant and courteous. The front desk lady said check out is at 11:30 but you can stay til 12 for nothing extra. House keeper knocks on door at 11:50 saying check out at 11:30 and she sat outside the door talking about us in a different language. Husband said breakfast was good . Overall 4.5

My stay was surprisingly good. Reception was professional helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was firm just how i like. Good quality sheets. I slepted through breakfast the 1st morning but the second day i attended. It was a great selection. Waffles hot/cold cereal yogurt fruit eggs sausage and more-full spread. I would stay there again. We had a wonderful stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The place is very, very clean and quite. Best place to stay in conyers GA.
And my stay was so enjoyable and comfortable we booked an extra night.

The front desk staff was absolutely excellent. I. Couldn't help but tip her. And she didn't even aant it. I was assigned a room, but as I walked to the door, it was open with someone carrying out repairs.
When she saw me, she decided to stop and allow me access to my room. I decided tonignore that, but few minutes after, two men came entering the room with thei own key while I was inside. It was the strongest experience. They said they had some repairs to do also. I was wondering why they sent me to the room if they had that much work to do there. It definte spoiled my mood

Great and convenient for us. Did have leak in the room and the carpet near refrigerator was wet and not fixed, other then floor wet room was great. Wish they would go back to daily cleaning of rooms. Staff was great. Was issues with kids splashing in pool a lot with no parent supervision.

Second time there. Little dated but not terrible at all. Basically used as a place to sleep and didn’t spend much time but the suite was nice with two queen beds and a separate room with pull out couch. Could easily sleep 5-6 people it not all people are adults.
