"The beauty of the place is amazing. Texas Hill Country scenery in a quiet setting with a lovely house. Each room has a theme. I stayed in the garden room this time which made me feel as if I'd walked right into a "garden". This was my second visit and I'll keep returning when I travel this way. The hosts, Darrin and Keith, are exceptional! They ask about dietary needs (and the breakfasts are scrumptious) and they go out of their way to answer questions, provide directions and suggestions for places in the surrounding areas, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. "This place is pretty good and the service isn't bad at all but it's the last day I was there that made me upset with the place. I had been there for 4 days already and had no issues. Went to pay for another day and they proceeded to tell my partner that we cannot stay due to a past stay....my partner supposedly smoked in the room and cannot stay there now. Why after letting us stay for multiple days?!?!?!? I. Get the reason and everything but should not have been ok to make us leave after allowing several days already with not a sine problem."

"The room was nice, and the bed was new; it would be perfectly fine for two people to sleep in. However, the same problem persisted: the sofa bed was very thin when turned on, causing some back pain at night. While it would be perfectly fine for two people, the person sleeping on the sofa bed might experience some discomfort."
