Blau Colonia Sant Jordi Resort

Spent an amazing day at the Blau Colonia Sant Jordi Resort. Loved the breakfast and the inside/outside pool. I had a massage with Dalia at the #Sanagua spa. I left the massage as a new person. She was incredibly nice. It was a great experience. I would repeat 100%.

Great experience. Dalila gave the best massage ever in the hotel’s Spa. 100% recommend. Great continental breakfast. I was just there during the day didn’t sleep there but would definetly come back someday in the future hopefully. Great location

I will give this review to the Sanagua SPA team. Dalia was our trepist, and she was experienced and professional. Many thanks to her, my backpain is much better. The hotel facility was clean, and the staff was working hard to keep us happy. The room is fine and clean. I have also used their electric car charging point. The only disappointment was that they were charging money for the hotel room's safe locker.

Perfect massage from Dalia Nice and relaxing atmosphere and very friendly people working there. I’m deeply relaxed after the wellness massages. I feel a high qualification level and a well and harmoniously equipped massage room. I can only recommend it! Thanks!

I recently stayed at your hotel Colonia Sant Jordi with my family and friends. I'd like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality, which truly made our holiday unforgettable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a memorable experience. A special thanks to Katja, Paula, and Victor for taking such good care of our kids, and to Alfonso, Mohammed, and Marco at the bar for their friendly and attentive service. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

Had the best stay at this amazing hotel. Our room in block five was beautiful, fresh and clean and this was the standard throughout the hotel and grounds. Comfortable beds, pillows and air con made for a fab nights sleep. Loved the pool layout and the swim up bar! The best hotel I’ve stayed in tbh The mosquitoes in Mallorca loved me so wear insect repellent!

We had a really lovely break in a really nice hotel. Firstly I would like to thank the hotel managers and staff for being so friendly and for keeping the hotel immaculate as the rooms and surrounding areas were cleaned and tidied to such a high standard. Our room was virtually brand new and in a perfect location over looking the pool and the stage. We thought that the Motown group on our first night was brilliant and just wished that they sung all night … long ;-) We also hopped on the free bus every day to the beautiful local beach as it was a little too hot to walk. We only had breakfast at the hotel but that was perfect with a great variety of cooked food, fruit and pastries. This hotel is definitely on the top tier of four star hotels and is excellent value for the money, thank you and we will return soon.

We had a wonderful time at Blue Sant Jordi. Mostly because of the Staff working there. The hotel itself is clean and renovated and the pool area is amazing. We had bad luck because of weather so we were lucky the the animation group made our holidays unforgettable. I wish I could mention all names but not enough space here. The animation team Katia, Paula,….are amazing and we miss them! These ppl brought the pleasure during our stay at Blue!The shows at evening are very professional and stunning! The gym are at this hotel is also amazing, best equipment. The trainer Marion is very professional and takes her time for each and motivates to raise your limits. We had great gym sessions with Marion and great results. Merci 🙏🏼 Last but not least, tge staff working in restaurant area: so patient, so friendly and they really work hart. Never happened that someone talked in bad way. My greetings to Elena, she laughed about my jokes and was very friendly. We will definitely come back!

We stayed as a family for 10 nights. We were happy with the hotel…it appeared clean and modern. First impressions were great. Breakfast and pools were lovely. They don’t have the big slides you may expect in some resorts but this was fine for us. Entertainment really good at night. The entertainment team worked hard and were very friendly. Cleaning staff great too. We had some issues with our lock for the room. We would return to the apartment and key wouldn’t work at all. This happened a few days in a row and eventually someone listened to us and the way they resolved it for us was to change rooms and no issues after that. Perhaps a follow up call afterwards would have been nice or a sorry for the inconvenience caused but we did not receive this. Mostly German and Spanish people come here. To communicate with the staff was somewhat difficult having no Spanish, maybe something we needed to think about for our next visit to Spain. Perhaps we should have had more Spanish. In the evening time we went to the restaurant. It was fine and convenient. As other people have mentioned they close the water self service which was a little off-putting especially in such a hot environment. One or two of the nights we did get Prosecco on arrival which was a really nice touch and added to the atmosphere. On our last evening after a long day for my kids training in another pool, my two boys who did not like any of the desserts provided went looking for doughnuts which were available some nights and not others. The doughnuts were small and they both took about 3/4 each. Baring in mind we had spent thousands to stay here for ten nights in a superior suite with half board . We were approached out of the blue by guest manage Aron in the middle of our meal. He came to speak to me in front of my children and to reprimand us for taking more than one doughnut and that the kids should have some ‘consideration’ as some of the other guests were looking for doughnuts. I found this shocking- this was meant to be a buffet meal and perhaps he should have directed this issue with the catering staff rather than the guests. My children are young and don’t eat huge amounts in general. It put a downer on the last night of our holiday, a night we were excited about as there was going to be a pool party, a night we wanted to enjoy. Instead I felt upset by this scolding off in the middle of our (last) meal. It dampened the spirits and it makes it very hard to imagine wanting to return to the hotel. Perhaps they need to have signs beside the doughnuts when they are available to only take one per evening meal… that way it would be clear. I would imagine these doughnuts were left overs from the breakfast and that is why there were so few, available on some nights and not on other nights. Overall a nice hotel, just a pity about some of the customer service.
