Wonderful hotel. Even single rooms are spacious enough, but it is better to stay with family or friends than to visit for business.

Lovely little hotel at a good price. Spotlessly clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. We had the smaller rooms with single beds which we were happy with but a larger person might find a bit uncomfortable. Great location for sightseeing and restaurants.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights during the Euro 2024 tournament. It was a very convenient location on the riverfront and close to the Heumarkt fanzone, numerous restaurants and bars, and city transit stops. It's also within walking distance of key sights including the Chocolate Museum, the Cathedral, and several great museums. The owner, his daughter and their employees were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast spread was very good. The wifi went out intermittently a few times during our stay, but other than that everything about our stay was superb.

Came to cologne for the Euros with my son and stayed for seven nights and the staff and Hotel are fantastic can't do enough for you. The location is on the Rhine and really central and great for restaurants and night life. Will be back hopefully later in the year this time to do so sight seeing.

A lovely small hotel on the banks of the Rhine. Room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and lovely, attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent with wide range of choice. Within walking distance of all major attractions and so well worth staying for tourists.

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The first room we had was absolutely tiny (the rooms here are all very different!!), the shower leaked and I had to nearly beg the clerk on the desk for a towel and he could only give me one. There was no coffee machine in the room and apparently not all the rooms have coffee machines!!! I asked to be moved and we moved to another room which was definitely better and a lot larger, though also the shower there actually clogged for me (though it did work for my partner, not sure exactly how). The internet there is TERRIBLE. Most hotel internets can be slow, but this was unbearably slow. The breakfast is not included (it is 15 euro) and I refused to do it after seeing what my partner got which included stale white bread and liquid eggs, which I think should NEVER be included in a breakfast you have to pay extra for. Also, there were a lot of issues with the lighting in the rooms, I mean in the 2nd better room the bedroom lights had 2 different kinds of light bulbs!!! The left side was a pleasant yellow-glow lightbulb while the other was a harsh white halogen/LED bulb. Why??? There was a definite lack of attention to small details that make a stay in a hotel worth it.

Absolute hidden gem. Hotel is located right at the waterfront walking area. Beautiful clean room 205. Nicely renovated. Comfortable bed. We did have a coffee machine issue but they replaced it right away and also gave us a cappuccino and coffee from the restaurant for our troubles. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend

Stayed for one night after landing in Frankfurt. Room was very clean , staff helpful , in front of busy street , we had no problem with this , but if you are a light sleeper it might be a issue . Breakfast was ok . Easy to walk to restaurants . Would stay again .

Room was perfect, staff was great, and breakfast was always good. Lucky enough to stay in room 112 which has a balcony overlooking Rine. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. This was our fourth visit and I hope for many more.

Albergo molto caratteristico, si vede che è ricavato dal recupero di più palazzetti storici messi assieme. La posizione è ottimale, non lontano dal centro, con una bellissima vista sul Reno. Le camere sono molto curate e pulite, quelle che affacciano su strada sono perfettamente insonorizzate, la colazione molto completa e curata, il personale gentile e disponibile.

Kurz und knapp alles super kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Sauberkeit top .super boxspringbetten , Service top Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Frisch gepresstes o-Saft kam ohne Bestellung. Sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Immer wieder gern
