Very nice hotel and perfect location when you are in Cologne!

Closest location to Hauptbahnhof, the church, tourists spots, do not mind to ask the staff some more Should visit again Hhonors Thada

Friendly reception but work at very slow efficiency, there even was no proper queue, maybe the manger should get resign lol

Housekeeping not good :(

Room was far from what I expected of a "King's Room". Old fashioned, small bathroom, small room as such, last room in the building ... Personel was unprofessional. I thought staying in a **-hotel. Never again ... thanks. Breakfast organisation was a disaster. Impossible to get an upgrade. Only for guests who book directly on the site of the hotel. So not for us, unfortunately. Price/quality is a disaster ... for instance almost 40,00 euro for 24 hours of parking place, 5 % of the roomprice for residence tax (normally 1 or 2 euro). The stay was not worthy of the "Hilton" name. I wasted my money. No, never, never again.

I enjoyed staying in Hilton . Nice view and good location. The staff was very kind and helpful. If I have a chance to go back to Cologne again , I would stay in Hilton again.

The location was great. Short walk from all main attractions in the City Centre. All food locations, christmas markets, transport access very conveniently available! We booked the Junior Suite. Whilst the towels were clean. And the beds were excellent. However, the toilet had a smell of leftover waste. =( And needed a few days to get the smell out. However, our stay had ended by then. So i'm not sure if this can be improved in the future. I do hope so. The service was excellent. The staff were willing to help clarify all our queries, and provide suggestions of places to visit. Facilities - I thought that for the Brand Name 'Hilton'. More facilities could have been made availble for us. Like a Gym. Evening Cocktails. Etc. As we had booked suites in other Hilton outlets across Europe and Asia, and the facilities availble to us, was a lot more. Probably can improve on this.

was told after checked in that they were undergoing water piping in midnight and bo water from 11pm to 5am next morning. wish they had posted this when made the booking. other than that, it is always my favorite hotel to stay at in Cologne. location is excellent, 300 meter to central station and city center.

The hotel is located next to the cathedral, excellent location, many restaurants nearby and a bar in the hotel
