"On our first night, the upstairs room was extremely noisy, with banging noises in the bathroom. There were long hairs on the towels when we checked in, and the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned properly. The next day, a guest from the same building with a large dog stuck at the door and asked the front desk to change rooms. The black female assistant to the general manager said they were checking out the next day, but we refused. On our second night, security rudely knocked on the door in the middle of the night, asking if we'd seen the people in the pictures. They finally said they had the wrong room number. Our request to change rooms was again terribly rejected by the same middle-aged black woman, who was extremely unfriendly. This hotel is the worst hotel experience in the US, and it's been very emotionally impactful."

"We had a 3 day stay for golf outing and attended the CJ Cup Byron Nelson tournament. Our stay at the Denizen made our stay more enjoyable due to the location of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We had a round of golf at Watters Creek which is close to the Denizen as well. We will definitely return and stay at the Denizen due to friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility."
