"We arrived at the hotel around 8:50 PM and checked in. The receptionist had gone to shower, saying check-in time was before 8 PM, but the website showed it was after 9 PM. He just said, "Oh, OK!" We were really shocked! The hotel room was clean, but a bit old-fashioned!"
