"Back again - not a great deal of choice in little old Colac - locals like it quiet but the city has many things to offer if you want to look! Rooms were excellent for the period, though bathroom was recently upgraded and was very clean and comfortable. Beds and overall room size was excellent. Owner was friendly and I would recommend if you need to stay in Colac, don't go further than here!"

"We arrived at the hotel around 8:50 PM and checked in. The receptionist had gone to shower, saying check-in time was before 8 PM, but the website showed it was after 9 PM. He just said, "Oh, OK!" We were really shocked! The hotel room was clean, but a bit old-fashioned!"

The house is situated on a hillside, making it very quiet, and there's a nearby Red Rock scenic spot offering stunning panoramic views. The downsides are that you'll need to bring your own food and drinks, the tap water isn't clean, and there's no Wi-Fi."
