It is more like a chalet instead of a resort room. The room was very run down but at least the bed was clean and comfortable. It does not have a reception setup because Charlesworth is just an sublease operator of a big resort with some rooms. And, the check in after 8pm was a problem. At the end, I had to spend a lot of overseas phone calls and messages to settle the check in.

Booked spa rooms but early morning after half of spa pool hot water stopped and I need to took cold water showers and for babies no shower .. exact this others fine

首先，酒店沒有房間內的wifi，衹能連公共wifi，信號很差，而且房間位置較偏，手機卡根本沒有信號，這點是最大的雷。第二，衞生方面普普通通，聽同事説他那個房間有三四衹蟑螂，一晚上沒睡好覺。。。
最後，前台小姐姐人還是很不錯的，很熱心。總結來説性價比很高，便宜

在酒店的停車場車被劃了，酒店不肯調取監控，也不肯配合調查，更不願意賠償損失，蟲子到處飛，這樣的酒店值得入住嗎？

Unit is dated. Good restaurant across the road in the complex. Limited under building free parking with overflow parking outside.Unit looked clean but removed shoes on entry and soles of feet were black after walking around for an hour. Took photos and filled in a feedback form but had to leave it on the table with the keys and lock the door on departure as office was closed. No-one responded to the form. We had to wash dishes and empty trash or a fee would be charged. I wasn't confident that a previous renter did more than a quick rinse of dishes. Health concern?

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was amazing with communication before, during and after my stay. The rooms were super clean and the facilities were great!

I booked a room with 2 single beds instead of the king bed and this left me with no beds for my kids to sleep.
Night duty manager managed to supply some fold out beds

Don’t stay here if you need mobile/internet service. Our room was a massive black spot. The reception girl was not helpful and if we wanted to change rooms we had to upgrade and pay more money which defeats the purpose of booking a few weeks in advance to save a few $$. I don’t recommend this place for business trips. We are with Telstra and even in the restaurant the service was patchy.
The other issue we had was smokers on their balconies. Our door was shut but smoke kept coming in each time the neighbours were out smoking. If you stay here don’t opt for any of the studios. Very outdated rooms.

The property was well maintained and clean
Loved swimming in the pools and kiosk was conveniently accessible to have a bite and cup of coffee.

Right from the start, the staff were wonderful with their communication and very pleasant to deal with. There was a small mix up with our booking but this was in part due to us having booked a room for 4 nights and then deciding we needed to arrive a day earlier. Staff quickly resolved the issue and arranged for us to have the same room for the duration of our stay. Location is possibly the best in Coffs Harbour... walk to beach, a few minutes drive to the shopping centre, and coastal paths for miles if you're up for a walk. If you're up for some exercise I recommend walking the 6.5kms to the marina where you can walk across to Muttonbird Island... alternatively it's 15mins by car 🙂 Clean, comfortable, convenient accommodation.
