"The room was spacious, the front desk service was excellent and friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and well-equipped, the hotel was new, there were many restaurants nearby, and it was very close to American Street, just a short walk away."

"I stayed at this hotel for three days and here's an objective, complete review. Pros: The location is decent, situated on a main thoroughfare in the city center, with a green belt in front and close to a park. There are many dining options nearby, making daily dining and transportation convenient. Cons: The overall experience was extremely poor: 1. The room facilities were outdated, poorly insulated, and the indoor temperature was low, making it uncomfortable. 2. The front desk check-in process was extremely inefficient. Having traveled for two months and being very familiar with hotel check-in procedures, this front desk took nearly three hours. The staff were slow, inefficient, and unhelpful, severely disrupting my itinerary. 3. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. If I needed to look up information or use the internet, I had to go to the lobby on the first floor, a major drawback and extremely inconvenient during my trip. 4. The room did not proactively provide any basic toiletries; soap, shampoo, and shower gel were all missing. They were not replenished the next day after use. When I asked for them, the front desk made excuses, saying I needed to call to request them, and remained unresponsive throughout. I went to the front desk again, and they kept passing the buck to a staff member. After nearly three hours of waiting, all they provided was a small bottle of shower gel. They told me they didn't have shampoo or soap, so I'd have to make do. The service was inefficient, basic amenities were lacking, and the communication experience was terrible. Overall, the value for money was extremely low, and I strongly advise against staying there."

"The hotel is small and exquisite. Hygiene is extremely clean. See the taste of the hotel owner. The room price is also relatively cheap. The surrounding environment is also safe and peaceful, and the hotel service attitude is also very good."

"Hotel decentralized in quiet location ... very available reception staff and unique positive note ...ma all the rest below the standards of category, small rooms, Sleep cleaning... Breakfast on a panoramic terrace but very low quality... payment only accepted cash, although the possibility of paying with credit card was stated."

"The hotel never answers calls and they have charged us the full 15 nights in May we are not able to board and when we are calling them they don't answer and never give an email ID we lost more than 2000 USD worth of booking I hope that they communicate "

"A medium sized city hotel that needs updating. I was given a room on the sixth floor on a corner with two large windows overlooking the street. There was a lot of street noise all night . As i was staying for four nights i sought to change rooms and they agreed and moved me to a room on the fourth floor more towards the back away from the front street and with one window. Interestingly this room was also nicer, it had a kitchenette with a sink and a microwave but no supplies. The bathroom was fine if dated. Wi-Fi was fine. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu and in total i had one breakfast and three dinners there. I found the food rather basic and uninspiring. One night had spaghetti carbonara; the spaghetti was overcooked no the sauce runny and bland. The breakfast buffet was very limited. However the staff were helpful especially the front desk person in the afternoon who helped to enable me to change rooms"
