This was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed at . It's location was convenient to walk to places. Only downfall is where the hotel is situated. No view at all : )

We’ve stayed here before and have generally been happy, with exception of this last trip. We ordered an early morning wake up call, but they didn’t adjust for daylight savings, so our phone rang an hour early. We took a shower and water wasn't even lukewarm. Was a while before someone took a look (maybe 5+ hours), and we were told we just need to run the hot water for a few minutes. This did work the next morning (we let it run for a full 5m) but would have been useful to know at check-in. Housekeeping never came (which wasn’t a big deal for us, but might be for others).

How it was so close to the hospital. The staff was so helpful and kind.

The hotel is fine. The staff was very very rude. I will not book rooms for my employees at this location again.

The staff was the very best.I picked this hotel brvause my daughter had a major surgery at university hospital. I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was supper. I can not say anything negative about the whole experience. I would like to give the whole staff my thanks and gratitude.

I appreciated the location to University Hospital. The staff was very helpful and professional. The resturant had limited items and it was a little pricey.

Gets the job done. Not thoughtful. They did carpet cleaning and closed the restaurant. The ambiance in the lobby was industrial machinery theme park if you're into that.

bed is not comfotable, schimg my back as I woke up in the morning. the TV setting is 90 degree against the bed, that meangs you have to swing the Tv 90 degree to watch TV. May be the room 519 we had is very small. May be It should be rated 2 stars instead 3 Which I give generously.

We loved the Courtyard by Marriott University Circle. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Stephanie at the front desk was so welcoming and made us feel like we were at home!
