Hôtel vraiment pas professionnel, très bruyant pas très propre non plus vraiment déçu de mon séjour

Super emplacement avec magasins a cote pres de la place Jaude et 10 mn a pied gare routiere. Hotel propre et personnel accueillant. Je recommande sur Clermont Ferrand

Personnel aimable et compétent, les chambres sont fonctionnelles, attention aux bruits intérieurs ou extérieurs, en rapport avec votre installation dans la résidence, donc aléatoire...

Filthy rooms with very low quality furniture. Plastic chairs and a bed that actually fell apart, had to put the mattress on the floor. But didn’t try to tell the staff about this, they hardly understood English. The room smelled like smoke and food spices. The shower curtain was immensely gross. The room was cheap, yes. It made me learn to never fall for that again.

I paid for 2nights and I checked out after a day and had to book another hotel to continue my trip. Apart from the location, nothing was good. It was really bad and I would advise to avoid unless there is no choice There was no hot water to bathe and I strongly think that their hot water tank is not able to supply to all the guest during peak hours. The beds are really bad as well. We could literally count how many spring coils there were as we laid down on the mattress. I lodged a complain with the counter staff and they also agreed that they had issues with their hot water and mattress

I took the room because nothing else was available. Terrible smell from the refrigerator, lamps not working. No decoration. No bedlamps. No garbage bags. Bedlinnen synthetic. No view. Overall a quite depressive ambience. Some sticky surfaces.

First we felt we have been misled by ********** by the picture they published to be purporting to the room we booked. The room was nothing of the sort. It was small, no cooling instruments on a very warm night. The bathroom was incredible awful. Small and poorly laid out.

unfriendly receptionist, parking instructions received after our arrival. kitchen equipment and room not very clean. Location quite central for visiting and easy access to restaurants and shopping if you really want to shop

Excellent location staff were very helpful and courteous whilst hotel was a little tired and pillows were unsatisfactory giving no support we were provide with an additional pillow however felt it necessary to buy one in the shop below.

Evening receptionist was unhelpful. Morning receptionist was very nice and helpful. My wife asked for an extra pillow and was told that there was only one per guest. She later asked for a hairdryer and was told there was none. There was no air conditioning despite the fact that France was experiencing an extreme heatwave and no way of cooling down the room. There was no handle on the bathroom door. Breakfast was good and the lady in charge of the breakfast room was very nice and very helpful.

Great location at a stunning price. The receptionist on the 1700/2100 shift was simply amazingly helpful and polite and great clean underground parking. What more could you ask for at this price? And right off the main square

The hotel is in a quiet pedestrian street and near to shopping malls, restaurants and public transportation. Be sure you get the code-number to call the elevator that is used to acess the reception of the hotel.
