when we arrived we discovered the A/C was not working and there was no wash cloths and was told they didn't have any. we were booked for 2 night and immediately cancelled the next nights stay. how do I get a refund?

Nice pool but were bitten by something in bed and you couldn’t sleep over the noise of the traffic on highway
Breakfast had coffee mate for creamer not even half and half no bagels or eggs

Door had been kicked in and only glued back together. Room was FILTHY, bathroom was worse than FILTHY. Pictures on website DO NOT represent this property as it actually is, especially the rooms. We did not complete our stay here.

Disappointed in the quality of stay! Breakfast included but no bread for toast, or bagels, muffins etc. When asked they said sorry. Bathrooms need upgrading and bedding /towels are outdated and poor. Will not stay again.

After finding out the regular room rate, I realized I paid double. Maybe because it was February school vacation? Back home in New England the rates are less and you get more amenities and boutique type features for way less. Maybe Wyndham is a lesser brand than Marriot or Hilton. The free parking is nice, but the free wifi is less than robust. Glad I wasn't depending on it for work. You live and you learn.

The hotel is old, run down, not updated at all. The heat/air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy. The refrigerator allowed water to drip on the floor. The hotel was not what we expected based on prior reviews which were good. I would not recommend staying at this facility and would not go back.

It was absolutely ok to stay there. Beds were comfy and the room was clean.
However it was noisy with the road and certainly quite expensive for what you get, unfortunately just like in too many places in the US
