The staff was so friendly when we arrived! The room was clean and the view of the lake was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel with nice updated decor and panoramic lake views. Very clean and nice staff. Restaurant was closed for the winter so I didn’t get to try it.

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with this hotel.
Pros:
-staff was friendly and had good communication (they text a day before arrival to notify that the front desk would not be staffed on my arrival date, and emailed detailed instructions for self check-in)
-room was clean
Cons:
-I purposely booked this hotel to have a nice, relaxing view of the lake but instead there were construction materials obstructing the view
-there were stains on the headboard and bed frame
-the towels and couch were tattered and worn
-odd, lumpy pillows
-you can hear every noise from neighbors and people in the hall (bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper)
Note: because it was off season (December), the restaurant isn’t open

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They emailed and called to let me know the rooms were ready for early check in if we wanted. Clean, comfortable room with lake view. My only complaint is that the bed pillows were hard foam and uncomfortable. Will definitely stay there again if in Clear Lake.

Beautiful view from lakeside room. Room was small but had balcony. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable for sleeping. Shower door in bathroom came off the track with 1st use. No staff available onsite to report the condition of the shower door.
Very quiet room. Location is good. Accessibility to park and restaurants in short drive.
