I had been travelling to Cuba for numerous times. Although this one was not the best, but will definitely be in the middle. I went with my dive group and first time in November 2021. Hotel ground was very large and lots of open spaces. Beaches were kept reasonably clean, food on site were OK, considering Cuban style and availability of ingredients. A mere 15 to 20 minute taxi ride will get you to Cienfuego, a French Colonial City, where you can spent a day or 2. For the money, it is a good one too pick!

Dit hotel heeft heel duidelijk betere tijden gekend. Alles is koud, deels kapot en niet echt schoon. Het is een all inclusive hotel maar eigenlijk is er weinig keus in alles. De wifi werkt de hele tijd niet (systeem werkte niet maar de wifi wel). Het avondeten was slecht. Ontbijt en lunch prima. Zwembad en strand waren prima maar niet heel bijzonder. Ik zou Cienfuegos helemaal overslaan, er zijn veel leukere stadjes.

Este no es un hotel, es un campamento. Hay que venir con la cama, las sábanas, la comida, la bebida y un refrigerador, suerte que no hay que traer el mar y el Sol. La piscina no tiene agua, ahh y el servicio fatal, yo no sabía que el barman era sordo porque le tuve que preguntar 4 veces la comida, te mira pero no habla, debe ser ruso o inglés porque no entiende el español. El único idioma que se entiende es la tarjeta bancaria. Es mejor no visitar este lugar.

No lo recomiendo a nadie. En hotel es sucio, la piscina esta realmente muy sucia, no hablo de moho, sino de suciedad. La habitación en igualdad de condiciones, todo muy sucio, al llegar me quité los zapatos, y termine con los pies llenos de suciedad, todo lo que tocaba esta lleno de polvo. En el bar estuve cerca de 20 minutos esperando que llegara el Bartender, y cuando llegó volvió a desaparecer a los 5 minutos. Solo habían 9 clientes, no entiendo como todo podía estar tan sucio y tan lento. No lo recomiendo, pésima elección.
