Hotel dengan Airport pickup service di Chongqing

The location is fine for what I wanted. It is close to dozens of fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants on and around Ziwei street. However, I’m not sure I’d choose it again. It’s a bit old and tired now. The rooms were once apartments; there is a small kitchen unit (no longer equipped). The worst thing was the disgusting smell of stale cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room. Even after 48 hours of open windows, it made no difference. The shower suddenly went freezing cold for a second or two approximately every minute (both mornings) and the utterly bizarre hard and sharp plastic spikes on the shower mat did not exactly improve the mood! The city view room is not worth paying for. It is a city view, but no landmarks. The traffic is noisy all night (especially with windows open due to cigarette smells)! As an internationally branded hotel, they need to do better in terms of stamping out smoking. I think I could have done better for the money and will seek to do so the next time I’m in Chongqing.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus to and from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG)—one less headache for travelers. But the real highlight? The breakfast buffet! 🍜🥢 Not only is there an incredible variety of choices, but they have a noodle station serving authentic Chongqing noodles—a perfect way to sample local flavors before venturing out into the city. And get this—the buffet runs from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM (not a typo! 1:30 PM!). No pressure to wake up early; you can take your time and even treat it as an early lunch before heading out to explore. Another bonus? 鲁祖庙 (Luzu Temple area) is right next door, a trendy spot filled with stylish cafés and restaurants—perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee. I enjoyed my stay so much that I canceled my booking at Mercure and extended my stay here for an extra two nights after the group left. Here’s a concise review based on your experience: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We were delighted to receive a free upgrade, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The stay included both breakfast and supper, adding great value. The location was incredibly convenient—on New Year’s Eve, we enjoyed the drone show right at the hotel doorstep without having to deal with the crowds. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and ready to answer any queries we had. Overall, it was a memorable and wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Was staying at the hotel in May this year but this time round the original 2 rooms that was assigned I am very disappointed that the Aircon was not working well. First time, they said that due to winter and it's all central system controlled so it's like this. They tried to solve the issue by bringing a cooler.. tried and it's totally no use at all. I compared the 2 rooms and my parents room was much warmer than mine so I had no choice but to go down and inform them about it. They did an excellent recovery by changing another room for my parents and they offered a suite for them. The room this time round is very cooling.. much cooler than mine but it's ok mine is still alright. I hope they will look into proper maintenance of the hotel.

Location is great! Next to busy jiefangbei yet not too jam to take a taxi. Love the toilet, it’s huge. However, could tell that the hotel is a little dated. Doesn’t really give a 5 stars feel as lobby isn’t grand and very small drop off/pick up.

Thank you very much for the Golden Key, when I couldn't enjoy the spa on the 7th floor, he was very enthusiastic to introduce me to the massage shop outside, very relaxing experience, and the breakfast was also good.

We wanted to love it. Has potential as the location is central to all the attractions, food and shopping. You can see it all on foot. But the elevator situation makes it frustrating because it’s a shared building with hotels on each floor. You check-in on the 20th floor, our room was on the 19th. Good size, had amenities (toothbrushes, soap etc) but cleanliness could have been better. We only stayed one night because we had to wait 10-15 minutes every time for the elevator and the second issue was the internet. It was non-existent in our room. Your room number is your log-in and you get a password. Our room number wasn’t even a choice in the network. We were told to use the room next door when we asked about it. That didn’t work either. I wfh so I can stay anywhere as long as there is strong WiFi.  So we ended up using my husband’s hotspot. The elevator and internet were the reasons we checked out and went to a neighboring property since we loved the location.

Comfortable and cozy hotel with amazing views and helpful staffs! Love the interior and amenities of the room, especially xiao du and the projector screen with free movies to watch! There are some little minor details that could be improved but did not affect the quality of stay and for the price we paid, this hotel is totally worth it! Super near the metro and many attractions. Special thanks to the staff 静静 for being so helpful and also the front desk staffs for being so friendly & helpful. Would totally stay here again when we return to Chongqing!

Upmarket hotel, according 2 local, best in Chongqing. Not too friendly 2am check in procedure. Great luxury room - best in class Room old TV needs an upgrade to 65 inch - not too expensive today, satellite TV not working, hang many times.
