Ulasan Chongqing Xinghe Rumeng Youth Hostel (Jiefangbei Hongyadong Branch)

Ini pertama kalinya saya menginap di hostel pemuda. Lokasinya bagus!! Fasilitasnya disediakan, ada tempat cucian mandiri dan tempat menjemur pakaian yang sangat membantu. Tuan rumahnya sangat baik dan ramah.

The location is great! Good for the price, the right building is the number 22.

Perfect location. Other than that ? Terrible experience : the rooms are not cleaned and are filthy just like the bathrooms, it's very cold inside, and there is never any staff at the front desk and even when you send a friend request through wechat they don't see it. I had to call the hotel via Trip to check-in. Don't recommend except if you only care about location.

First self running hostel I have stayed. There’s no one at the reception, ever, the owner runs it by phone. When I arrived it was one of the guests that had to call him and say I was there. If you have no Chinese phone number nor access to WeChat it’s difficult to do it yourself. The place it’s used by Chinese people manly that stay there for long periods. It’s dirty and I never saw no one cleaning it. It’s central, so for the price it’s good for one night at best. There’s a laundry machine and a place to dry up your clothes and that’s it.

It was a bit difficult to communicate with the owner because he didn't speak English. But he was very helpful and friendly. For example, he helped me to receive a package that was sent by the post and also recommended tours to the rock cavings nearby. The guests are mainly Chinese, and as an international traveller I found it a bit difficult to connect to them. To find the hostel, just enter the building with the letter B. The security guard helped me to get to the elevator.

For location it's best. But atmosphere is not so good. Landlord is friendly. It's on prime location. Good for just spending night.

When I got there, there was no staff. I called the number written on the door and managed to speak to the guy in English, who gave me instructions on how to get in. Then his father came to greet me and showed me to the room. It was quite easy. There are a lot of buildings nearby, so maps can get lost. The picture I uploaded shows the exact building.

Contact the staff otherwise you will never find it. Great location with a local market right outside the door. Common area is smoking area 🤢, male toilets are equally desastrous. Rooms alright. Not much of a vibe here. Has a free water dispenser. It's still alright to stay here.

Not bad place fir the price you are paying, but is not clean at all.

The hostel has everything you‘d need. I got nothing bad to say.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! I loved the fact that there was a fan in each bed as well as AC and that there were seperate cubicles for the shower and the toilet rather than them being combined which is something that you don’t see much in China. They also provide disposable toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush, combs, wipes in front of the bathrooms which I really appreciate. I will say though that this place was quite tricky to find and I did need help from a local.

nice place for going somewhere, close with hongyadomg and extra. first floor there are many chongqing noodles, quite a good.

Cute hostel in a perfect location near main attractions in Chongqing. Loved the many amenities provided and comfortable room and beds. Check in was a little difficult because there was no one at the desk and you needed to contact the owner on WeChat to get information. I never met the owner but another guest helped me get checked in. Then I had to help another guest who did not have WeChat with his check in. Cleanliness was average for China. I would definitely stay again.
