Hotel are uniquely design, a key is literal key with a huge key chain. There also no bottle of water in the room and we were told to drink from a tap. Try that but when boiling the tap water, there are some kind of residual afloat.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel has been recently renovated, the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was nice and clean. However, I would like to mention that there were no slippers or robes in the room, which you would expect at a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was delicious; you can order from the menu as well as enjoy the buffet. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The hotel was beautiful with classy installations. The location was amazing to walk around the center of Vienna and explore the iconic landmarks the city has to offer. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a double vanity bathroom and big bathtub. I highly recommend staying at the Astoria Vienna and will definitely come back whenever I travel back to Austria.

這次一個人旅行選擇了一段時間的酒店後來選中了阿斯託里亞酒店，吸引我的是他的地理位置和他的懷舊風格，一開始入住時我有些不適應一個人比較孤獨，但是在入住第二天早上餐廳的一位女員工問了我的房間號，突然跟我説祝你生日快樂，讓我突感有些温馨，我還以為就是這樣了。結果晚上我吃完一個人的晚餐房間後發現酒店送了一份蛋糕🍰太感動了，這次旅行這是我最為難忘和開心的事，讓我感受到了温暖和快樂，由衷感謝酒店給予的的照顧。必須推薦這個酒店真的很棒！

位置距離大部分景點步行即發幾分鐘、乘坐地鐵公交也很近很方便，完美地理位置。乾淨、安靜、服務態度好。無可挑剔。有機會會再住。

酒店位於類似北京的王府井，上海的南京路的維也納老城中心，維也納中央火車站下來轉U1兩站，歌劇院出口上來溜達3-5分鐘就到了，酒店距離： 大教堂步行5分鐘 阿爾貝蒂娜博物館步行3分鐘 金色大廳步行7分鐘 美景宮步行18分鐘 安可鍾步行10分鐘 奧地利圖書館步行8分鐘 維也納藝術史博物館步行10分鐘 莫扎特紀念公園步行8分鐘 ……總之，老城所有你想去的地方都可以步行到達，我想以前王室出行也不想太過舟車勞頓。 周邊餐廳、超市、小吃、咖啡館太多啦，所以沒有體驗早餐，無法評論。 膠囊咖啡、茶包每日更新，最喜歡梅子味的果茶包。Minibar收費，退房時候自報用量和品種， 我住的房間裏沒有帶靠背的小沙發，所以看電視、喝茶吃點心有點尷尬，坐在墩墩上沒依沒靠的，不過呆在房間裏的時候畢竟不多。

地理位置優越，離火車站很近，去哪兒都很方便，薩爾茨堡不大，幾乎所有交通車站都在火車站出發。對面有個商場，賽百味、Billa超市都有。酒店都是落地玻璃，景觀佳，也算薩爾茨堡的高樓了，走去老城區也不算很遠，基本都靠兩條腿都可以到達，員工也會熱情打招呼，酒店就可以買薩爾茨堡卡，很方便。唯一不足就是枱燈上有灰塵，其他都不錯。

地理位置一級棒。相當於上海的南京路步行上的酒店。但鬧中取靜。酒店在古老建築中，翻新過了，乾淨又復古。價格合理。電梯是最古老的拉門式新電梯。非常棒的體驗。走得維也納大部分經典景點都在十分鐘之內。

Wat ik vooral waardeer aan Trip.com is de betrouwbaarheid. De beschrijvingen en foto’s van de accommodaties zijn nauwkeurig en komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Bij aankomst in het hotel waren er geen onaangename verrassingen; de kamer was precies zoals beschreven en afgebeeld op de app. Dit gaf me veel vertrouwen in de service.

位置很好，就在薩赫隔壁，出門右轉商業街，左轉Albertina～設施和衞生都挺好，沒有老舊感覺～房間略小，洗手間倒是挺大～鑰匙挺有特色，總體推薦入住

호텔위치 진짜 미쳤어여 오페라 하우스 바로 근처 지하철역 근처 쇼핑센타 근처 ㅠㅠ 옛날 유럽호텔이지만 그게 더 분위기 있고 방도 크고 발코니도 있어요 에어컨 없어도 8월 유럽 충분히 지낼만 합니다
