"The room is small, the breakfast is average, and there are not enough parking spaces. When I arrived, I was asked if I had made a reservation. It turned out that I had to make a reservation by phone or on the hotel's official website. It was useless to make a reservation through trip.com. Fortunately, there was a parking lot nearby. I parked at around 6pm until around 10am the next morning, and it cost 1900 yen."

"Location was perfect for Jindaiji Temple and botanical gardens which was why we chose The Creston. It’s difficult to find as it’s on the 8th to 10th floors of a big shopping centre and there’s only one pathetic name plate on the outside almost impossible to spot. Room was old fashioned with no sockets by the side of the beds and the communal corridor smelled bad. It was more a business/function hotel but fine for one night. We didn’t take breakfast and it looked a bit sad."
