"It’s good. The room was large and very clean , had a kettle and fridge which was great. Breakfast is ordered from a menu and it’s plentiful and there are a number of options. It also has a spa with sauna , steam room and a fab pool , you have to pay extra for it but it’s not a huge amount and well worth it as you get it all to yourself which was amazing. The area is about a 15 minute walk away from the central area but it has a supermarket very near and a restaurant practically next door which was very good. Staff efficient."

"We stayed at this hotel with our two kids and took the family room. The hotel is new and very comfortable especially the kids room well organized.The internet connection is fantastic fast and stable everywhere, super important thing for us and for the kids.. In the morning we had breakfast with the kiddos in the cafeteria, instead of the main restaurant hall. Great idea because there are few people, the vibe is very quiet and nobody disturbs nobody. The kids loved the breakfast (and it's not easy to please them!). For dessert we had fresh seasonal fruits cherries, strawberries and apricots.And also the kids were obsessed with the local papanash with jam, delicious! All the staff was very nice to us. Totally recommend for those traveling with kids!! will definitely come back."

"When we read the reviews for the property and we were exited. Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong side, so it wet all the small bathroom when we took a shower,. We complained about the smell, the light and the TV. the light and the TV was fixed only on the second day,the smell just got weaker but never gone, When we came back from our day out, and we saw that our room wasn't made up and cleaned, we asked asked about ir, and the receptionist said that they clean the room, only every three days. the breakfast had a potential, but the things that should be hot, being put in a container that should keep them hot, but the heating never turned on underneath, so they were not hot, With all the problems that we had, they never offered an alternative room. By the way, the room that we stayed NEVER featured on any official pictures of the hotel, not on their own website or the website that we bought the hotel from "
