"This hotel has everything you need, just a few steps from Central station. Very clean and quiet. Free Netflix to keep my kids busy which really surprised me as most hotel we've been to charge money for it. There are microwave, kettle, fridge, hair dryer in the room. At the reception, there are complimentary tea and coffee, fruits, Skittles which you can get them anytime. The coffee machine can make warm and cold milk, too. In the morning there are some pastry for breakfast. This is our second time stay here and we still love it so much. The only minus point is that there's no tissue boxes anywhere in the room and remember to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste."

Male staff from the front reception are attentive and very helpful to bring our luggages down the wet stairs from railway square entrance on a rainy day. "I loved that hotel, from start to finish! The staff were amazing, so helpful. Free chocolate and drinks at check in and lollipops in the lobby, plus fruit in the gym – what a bonus! The rooms were gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch, with eggs cooked to order. It was a bit noisy from the street, but not too bad. It's a little out of the city center, but there are tons of buses."
