Pros:
- allowed us to do an early check in. However charged 400- but still we appreciate it
- location is good cons:
- given blankets and pillows are so smelly that the whole room was not livable
- towels were bad. It was so that people can't see it
- requested for 3 hours in 300- for freshup as we had midnight bus so we were told 500- charge with non negotiable tone. Same we got into a better hotel near the bus stand

During my solo stay, i found the property to be ideal for budget-conscious travelers. The location was convenient, close to public transport, and within walking distance of key attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. The food was decent, with a basic selection, though nothing too extravagant. If you're someone who doesn't expect gourmet meals, it gets the job done. As for the amenities, they were adequate. The wi-fi was reliable, which was a huge plus for me since i needed to work during my stay. The rooms were clean, though somewhat basic, but for the price point, i couldn’t complain. The service was friendly, and the staff were helpful, offering suggestions for things to do around the area. Overall, if you're traveling on a budget and want a no-frills experience, this property is a solid choice. It offers what you need without breaking the bank. A few upgrades could be made, but it gets the essentials right for an affordable stay.

It's was ok ok. Room, bathroom was clean. Food was not available. You have to buy food outside. If you planning for 1 day then you can stay.

Best budget stay with all basic amenities, located near KSRTC bus stop chikmaglur- walkable distance and hot water access. The owner is also friendly, helped us with bike rental contacts, site seeing places etc., friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget stay. But no lift
