"Owners are very nice trying to make a living on a shoestring. However, this is perhaps the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Everything is on the cheep and tacky. Furnishings that clearly came from the bottom end of a second hand store. The rooms smell strongly of disinfectant but are clean. WiFi doesn’t work. Ice machine is broken. The pool is unusable hasn’t been maintained and is just an algae pond. The grounds are unkept and littered. An insect scampered away when I turned down the bed. The rooms have been painted over but there is over spray everywhere. There has been an attempt at a fix up but with cheep materials by someone without basic skills."

"This store is relatively new and the facilities are in good condition. The lighting design of the room is reasonable and there are various choices according to needs. Breakfast is also rich. Chico State University is worth seeing."

"Considering the cost-benefit, this is a very good option. It's well-located, close to shops, restaurants, and freeway access. The breakfast service is acceptable, offering cereals, milk, etc. There's an outdoor pool, and the room comes with air conditioning, a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The parking is spacious, with three levels, though it's worth noting there are only stairs, no elevator. The cleaning service is efficient. Overall, a very good choice."

"Breakfast was AMAZING! Very nice and friendly staff and was greeted with fresh cookies upon check-in. Room was big but had a strange odder to it. The bed was fine but I felt the sheets could have been more soft. I would stay again."
