在沒有停車位的芝加哥市中心，這樣的汽車旅館就很棒了。離雲門走路要15分鐘，我們去時候很冷，風很大，所以這麼一段路還是比較煎熬的。但是能開車出行的話，回來不用擔心車位就很棒！酒店挺乾淨的，都是墨西哥裔的員工，但是態度總體友好，就是前台每天傍晚都要給我打電話，一次説車不夠正，一次説沒有停車券，因為電話實在聽不懂，衹有跑去前台用翻譯軟件才弄明白。附近有個巨大的麥當勞，還有小型雜貨店，吃喝不愁。附近的飯店人氣也很旺，還有駐場演出，水平也很高。

We emailed and asked for an early check in and never got a response. When we arrived at 1:00 we were able to park our car but couldn’t get into a room. I am a little disappointed that they now charge for parking. The free parking was a big reason for staying here each time we visit. But it is only $29 which is cheap compared to other hotels. Overall it is a good hotel in a good location for what we need with very reasonable winter rates.

There was a large party in a nearby room that did a bunch of yelling slammed the door every 10 minutes until 4:45 am. **** smoke and cigarette smoke kept wafting over into my room. I considered sleeping in my car.
Oddly, I had this exact same experience last time I stayed there, leading me to ask the very nice staffer if people live there. He did say he would have intervened had he known about the ruckus.

They changed their parking fee policy without informing me. While I made the booking through *******, it was under free parking category. But later they changed it and charged me $29 tax when I tried to check in.

Great place to stay. Very good location with most of the tourist places within a walkable distance. Great brunch places around. Even though is in the heart of the city, they make it feel safe. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was that they charged for parking. They could have said that on the reservation.
