Overall is very good accommodation, for smoking person, I choose to stay with balcony. Very recommended

This hotel is lovely. Staffs are friendly, clean pool is not too deep, food is tasty. The only one thing I don't like in the non-smoking room is the window that I can't open. Hope to visit again.

A really comfortable and beautiful hotel on a budget. Close enough to walk everywhere or easy to jump in a local bus or taxi. Good restaurants and markets close by. Not too far from the old town to walk and explore. Lovely pool and facilities

This is a pleasant hotel to stay. with a garden and pool and a small gym. Restuarant is good service. Breakfast was good with freshly cooked eggs. Bedroom was good size. Wifi working well. No wifi in TV though. Mattress was a bit too firm but I got use to it on the second night. Some local cafes and coffee shops turn left on main road and left again or go 10 minutes walk to One Nimman and Nimman area for cafes, coffee shops massages, bars shopping and the Maya Mall with cinemas shops & food court I will stay again as value for money. .

We stayed about 9 days in this hotel. It’s really clean, calm and quiet place. We were in the 5th floor and we had a good view of the mountains too. Fully worth for the money spent. There’s a restaurant which is open until 3pm. There’s a decent gym and a clean swimming pool at the hotel. No laundry service provided by the hotel but we could get it done from a nearby small business. Location is good, very convenient but have to walk about 10 minutes to reach 7-11 or the Maya mall. Food and beverages can be easily delivered to the hotel via Grab. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable with a solid mattress, good air conditioning, ample hot water, free soap and shampoo, free bottles of water, daily efficient housekeeping. Staff were nice, efficient and professional. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Thanks

Our stay was overall good. The room is nice and spacious with a big refrigirator and comfortable table for remote work. We liked the swimming pool, which is clean and rather big. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, though the choice is limited to just 3 options (it is not buffet breakfast). Location was good for us, as it was close to Chiang Mai zoo and Maya shopping mall, but at the same time it stands a little aside from busy street. We did not like the bathroom, as it was rather small. The unpleasant thing happened a night before our check out. We came to the room, but there were no electricity there. Recetionist said that they do not have anybody to fix it and we need to move all our staff to another room. So we had to spend one hour moving our staff to another room, it was rather uncomfortable.

Great value for the price and the location. Double deluxe room. Swimming pool a bit small but it's there.

It’s already an old hotel. The room smelled like a museum. For one night - ok.

Nice hotel with good facilities in a good area of Chiangmai. Very close to Old town and Nimman.

I don’t think I supposed to get anything special from this place cuz its price is pretty cheap and worth to stay what’s more surrounding with the convenient malls as well

Terrific location. Staff attentive and helpful. Room very nice large with lots of infrastructure to spread out and stay organized. My only complaint is fitness room was not air con so unusable in hot season, but most similarly priced hotels in the area are the same. It led me to go to outside gym which was great, social and good equipment at Miss Fitness. All in all, I’d stay there again on my next trip.
