Secara keseluruhan, perasaan tinggal di sini berbeda dengan tahun 2022. Kali ini saya merasa kamarnya kurang bersih, karena saya akan melihat "kejutan" di bawah tempat tidur (bisa disuruh front desk untuk check in ke kamar 604), dan di kulkas juga ada minuman, buah-buahan, dll. tamu sebelumnya. Saya juga melihat seikat rambut di lantai, yang agak mengecewakan, dan handuk mandinya agak kuning. Namun air panas di kamar mandinya panas banget dan AC di kamar cukup dingin banget, jadi nyaman banget buat tidur malam. Selain itu, kamar yang dipesan di platform lain hanya akan menyediakan dua botol air mineral, meskipun Anda menginap lebih dari dua hari. Makan di dekatnya sangat nyaman, dan halte bus tidak jauh. Sangat menyenangkan selama saya menginap di hotel ini. Stafnya ramah. Kamarnya juga rapi dan berventilasi baik.

Hotel yang bagus untuk harganya, terletak di sebelah klub, tetapi sebaliknya, sehingga musik tidak akan mengganggu tidur Anda. Kamarnya perlu renovasi, tapi secara keseluruhan bisa menginap semalam.

Kamar-kamar murah berada di sebelah bagian penerima tamu di koridor yang digunakan semua orang untuk pergi ke kamar mereka atau ke lift. Jadi agak berisik. Lokasi bagus jika Anda harus naik bus. Wifi dan TV tidak berfungsi. Orang di resepsi sama sekali tidak menyenangkan!

Stayed here for many times when it was still Dargon Palace Hotel. All good. Just this time I got room where there is no elevator , on the 3rd floor, it was tough, especially if you have some luggage. Also safe wasn't working. All the rest was great My recommendation then and now

1. The location is very good. It is close to most tourist attractions. 2. The staff are very friendly. Especially the security guards working during the day are very friendly. He was so kind that I gave him a tip. What's disappointing 1. The facilities (showers, etc.) are a bit old. However, there is no problem in using it. 2. The safe is not fixed, making it difficult to store valuables. Improvement is needed.

Spring House Hotel in Saigon is a budget-friendly option with a convenient location in District 1. While the central spot makes it easy to explore local attractions, the overall experience is fairly average. Rooms are basic, with some showing signs of wear, and noise from the street can be a disturbance. The amenities, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning, are functional but unremarkable. Staff are polite but not particularly proactive in assisting guests. Breakfast options are limited and may not suit all tastes. While the hotel is economical, it may not meet expectations for those seeking a more comfortable or memorable stay.

It is convenient to travel because it is located right in the center. Reasonable price. Enthusiastic service staff. With this location, reasonable price, very suitable for tourists and business people.

Strategic location, comfortable bed. We found ants and cockroaches in the room. Hope the hotel will take more affort to take care of the cleanliness of the room.

Very near bui vien walking streets (walking distance) And lots of food nearby.

Clean, best service for hospitality. Recommend and will consider staying again next time.

I had a pleasant time staying in this hotel though its a short stay but I felt relaxed after a long trip. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. He waited around 1 am to accommodate me.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! This hotel will do anything to get extra money from you. We booked a room with a king-size + single bed for 2 adults, a 6-year-old, and a toddler, which was plenty of space for everyone. Our booking indicated that children stay for free. However, upon our arrival, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional and insisted on charging us extra for the child under the excuse of the space not being enough, even though we showed her that our booking indicated that kids stay free and that the number of beds we had was enough for our family. As it was late and we were tired from travelling, we had no choice but to pay, but when we asked if she would be providing a crib since we were paying extra, which we usually get for free she said NO that we just had to pay the additional fee and we won't get any extra beds. Additionally, she handed us this ridiculous agreement that if the sheets or towels get dirty or stained ( which were already worn out ), we have to pay an additional fee... also, you have to personally request housekeeping every day before 2 pm. Otherwise, you won't get any. Later, when we asked for cleaning, she said they were short-staffed and that we could only get towels. When you request housekeeping, you have to sign a waiver that if any of your belongings go missing, they are not responsible.

Terrible service and attitude from the receptionist. Worst hotel I've stayed at.
