Ulasan Campanile Krakow South Hotel

The facilities and catering service of this hotel are still very good, but when I checked in, I told me that I had to check out one day in advance, and the front desk said that I could check out one day in advance for a refund, but the business refused to refund after checking out, which was unpleasant

This was a perfect stay. The hotel has a 3 star rating but the service and the physical conditions are similar to a 5 star facility. They had robes in addition to towels in the room which was a pleasant surprise. I also had the chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, which offers tasty meals for affordable prices. Members of the staff were kind and knowledgable, the bed was comfy and everything was super-clean. The only downside is the location, it's 20-25 mins from the city center by tram. But if you have engagements in the southern part of the city or you don't mind the commute this is the perfect hotel for you. You couldn't get this quality for this price in anywhere in the old town.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, czyste, wygodne i ciche pokoje, duży parking. To mój kolejny pobyt i na pewno będę wracać.

位置有少少偏遠不近老城區但門口有車直達房間內沒有雪櫃是一個大問題但reception很好可以借雪櫃可惜沒有微波爐

一切都很好，就是酒店的停車收費還是有點貴，應該為酒店住客提供免費停車，這在一般的酒店裡並不是一件很難的事

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo dobrze, były pewne niedociągnięcia, jednakże widać ,że hotel i obsługa jest nowa.

Jestem tu już kolejny raz i na pewno nie ostatni. Wszystko aż lśni nowością i czystością, hotel posiada duży bezpłatny parking. Jestem zachwycony. Polecam

Pyszne i różnorodne śniadanie, świetna obsługa, sprawy check in, dobrze wyposażony pokój.

Very bad traitment! If you want to stay in a hotel room for 4 nights that isn’t cleaned, doesn’t provide cleaning supplies, doesn’t change towels and sheets, and offers a shared bathroom with a colleague—without a bidet and even without shampoo for showering—think twice. Despite our insistence on the last night, not only did they fail to provide the necessary items, but the staff kept shifting responsibility to one another without giving us any answers. The worst happened the next day when all the receptionists, one after the other, pretended not to know about the issue, and so did the manager. For a week, they have been misleading us via email, pretending they would compensate us, but after providing the account number for reimbursement, they started asking for the card number and its security code. Beware of this kind of management!

Clean and modern hotel and we had a pleasant stay, food at breakfast was plentiful . Dinner was available at reasonable extra charge for us, Pleasant and helpful staff. This hotel however is not in the Old Town so it involves a tram, car or taxi to get into Krakow and the square. It is set in the area where there are college and Universities, and to my mind suited to guests who are there on business trips

This hotel is about 20 minutes drive from Krakow and the square. In a business and university area with no pubs or shops ( except 1 large supermarket) not the place to stay if you are in Krakow to enjoy the bars and vibrancy of the City.( My fault, didnt research correctly).Hotel itself is large,bright,and welcoming..All the staff we lovely, food great, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels daily.Tramstop outside so no issue getting anywhere but definitely more suited to business/rep stays.. it is also the only hotel , anywhere,that I have ever stayed, that does not permit you taking a drink which you have purchased from their bar or restaurant up to your room..No explanation given

I booked a hotel reservation for four nights at the hotel for the beginning of August. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed for 2 hours. I informed the hotel in advance about the delay and assured them that I would be arriving late so they would not cancel my reservation. They assured me that they were open 24/7 and there would be no problem. Despite their assurances, I was shocked to find that my reservation had been canceled when I finally arrived in Krakow late at night. I was left stranded on the street with no place to stay. To make matters worse, I was unfairly charged a cancellation fee, even though I had informed them of the delay. I have tried to resolve this issue with the hotel, but they have refused to take responsibility. I am writing this to warn others about the hotel and advise you to be cautious when booking reservations with them. If your flight is delayed, they may not honor your reservation and leave you stranded.
