Great service from the hotel staff, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoy our stay

Hotel with a lot of character though some may think that is needs modernising. Whilst this may be true everything worked fine. Lots of very interesting ornaments and unique decorations in the hotel. The owner is a collector of antiques. Swimming pool nice and clean, some would feel its out of the way a a bit far from the city center, because you cant just walk to shops etc but i took GRAB taxi's and its only about 120baht to city center. However there is a large shopping mall 5 mins walk away and we did a lot of shopping there on our last day- perfect! Would stay there again. NICE.

Great place. Beautiful mini resort. Room was big but made a lot of creaks and noises. Breakfast was bland. Service was great. Room has old amenities such as the tv. Pool was great

1.service. We called free pick up service,and the hotel confirmed our request. But when we arrived , without delay. We failed to find the pick up, this cost us 10minutes to find . And took us extra 150b to reach this nearby place(turned out 5 min driving time. The reception told us, he went to pick up and failed to find us(god knows) 2. The room is in the first floor, with strong musty smell, I got many pimples from the bed.

Good location near to the airport, free shuttle available from staff. Really nice pool and rooms, restaurant was okay.

All workers are so friendly and they're all ready to give a helping hand. All foods are so healthy and deliciously! Enjoyable in Bathtub when listening in music! ☺️❤️✨✨✨

밤 12시 쯤 호텔 픽업을 이용해 잘 들어왔어요. 직원들이 너무 친절해 치앙마이에 대해 좋은 인상을 갖게 했어요. 어린아이들이 있는 가족이라면 더 즐길 수 있을거 같아요.. 택시 기다리고 있는데 직원들이 안에서 기다리라고 짐도 두고 오늘 다녀오라고 친절하게 이야기 해주시더라구요. 친절하고 깨끗하고 최고입니다.^^

這個酒店看着老，其實住起來很舒服。比較寬敞，一室一廳房型有洗衣機。早餐是可以點餐的，分量巨大。住的人少，沒有自助。前台小姐姐笑得很燦爛，機場免費接送。總之很不錯！蚊子看着多，但是傻傻的，很容易打到。房間裏有電蚊香，不用擔心被叮。

酒店環境非常好，植物很多，非常有泰北特色，房間也很大，小缺點就是衹有塑料拖鞋，沒有一次性的，是性價比很高的酒店

非常好！！！很喜歡！酒店漂亮，品味很好，服務也很好！早飯好吃，配套方便！

객실이 넓고 직원분들이 친절하십니다. 치앙마이 공항과 센트럴프라자에 가까워 편리합니다. 공항 인근이지만 비행기 소리는 두번 정도 약하게 들리는 데에 그쳤습니다.

整個飯店就像一座小森林，很大很綠，到處是庭園樹木，也有很多裝置藝術，在飯店可以散步很久，服務員超nice，笑容滿面，早餐不錯，還有免費送機服務，隔壁就是盛泰百貨公司，購物吃飯都非常便利，太喜歡這家飯店了，應該再多住一晚更好。

雖然挨着機場，但聽不到噪音，對面就是商業大Wall，吃飯購物非常方便！
