1. Outstanding location. It is in close proximity to marketplaces, local food stalls, and restaurants. 2. Security workers on duty at night to keep an eye on clients' automobiles. 3. Simple check-in and check-out processes. 4. The room is clean and roomy. It's my first option whenever I stay in Chiang Mai's downtown area.

Big room for king bed and have AC. Close to 7/11.

My go to hotel is getting busy make reservations in advance it gets sold out quickly. This is early December 2023 Good location Good staff Good accommodation Good value for the money I am having difficulty finding a better value with regards to price and location Like I said this is my go to hotel when I can get it.

There is a 7/11 Shop within 100 meters of the hotel and a few mom and pop eateries around the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area so no traffic sounds but one can hear the neighbors in their rooms. The room was clean. Furniture not to current modern standards but it has a fridge, microwave and hot water boiler (not a kettle - although some rooms might have one). They clean the room daily and stock it with toiletries like small soaps, shampoo sachets and toilet paper as well as two 600ml bottles of water, 2 coffee sachets and two snacks when they come to clean the room.

Good place to stay. Clean, and bed was comfortable

The service is good. The hotel is close to 7/11. The room have tv,microwave, fridge and big closet. The bedroom is clean and big enough.

房間很大，有個小陽台這點太舒服，古城裡的酒店都是小小的。設施有點老，使用都ok。不足的是旁邊裏沒什麼可吃可逛的，衹有幾個小店，就是在居民區裏，不遠有個711。但是房間價格很實惠，性價比太高了。旁邊不遠就是有名的early owls, 打車瑪雅大概10分鐘90銖左右。總得來説很推薦。
