Nice and spacious room with bathtub in the room. Location is close to Tapae gate. Thank you for the friendly and helpful staff. The hospitality is beyond my expectations. The hotel staff even send me until to taxi driver car when I going to airport.

We loved this hotel so much, all staffs are nice and really helpful. the location is good, and we like the big portion breakfast and coffee. the room is big and clean too, we will stay here next time.

The location of the hotel is very close to Tha Pae Gate, which makes it easy to get anywhere. The room space is plentiful however somewhat aged, wiping the bathtub with alcohol paper towels is even black. The tub drain even faces outwards, so the floor will be full of water when the water is released. There are two bottles of water two bottles of cola two bottles of green tea and snacks available every day. On the first day, I thought there was no water supply after missing two bottles of water, so I ran to the convenience store and bought a dozen bottles of water. Choose to go straight out of the pool room, but the water is very cold and the pool is very small. There are not many choices for breakfast, there is Western Thai, the taste is okay, coffee latte art is the same every day. The most commendable thing is that the hotel staff is very polite and friendly, and there is a cute cat manager. Overall not good value for money as it is close to $1000 per day including taxes and there are too many options nearby.

The location is excellent, and the room will be prepared according to the guests' requirements. It's just that it's next to the main street, and the roar of motorcycles continues before 12 o'clock. It's a bit sad for those who have high sleep requirements! But other accommodation conditions are good! The breakfast set is a little less Western and I didn't eat enough 😓

The staff greeted me with a smile every time they saw me, and I had a very pleasant stay. The welcome dessert (watermelon) was sweet and delicious. Above all, all the staff were kind and lovely. I would like to stay here again.

The best part seems to be the location for the Old Town trip. The room condition is not too small for one or two people, and there was nothing too inconvenient because there were things to do. However, they provide breakfast, but only very basic simple meals and drinks are provided (I booked for two days and didn't eat breakfast on the first day/I thought it was breakfast from a guesthouse). I saw someone post that the entrance door was narrow, so I wondered what they meant, but the room entrance door is strangely made of wood, so if you have a big suitcase or are big, you may not be able to enter freely, so please take note. There were mosquitoes on the first day, so I panicked.. I hit them.. Fortunately, I didn't get bitten. The room was on the 3rd floor, and the wifi was connected, but it was so slow that I gave up using the wifi. If there is anyone who trusts the hotel wifi, please take note. What was a little embarrassing was that there was a small common space like a veranda(?) next to the room on the 3rd floor, and every time the staff saw me, they talked to me as if I was smoking there and told me not to smoke there, which didn't feel good for me as someone who smoked in a smoking area. There were a few inconveniences, but the staff greeted me kindly every time they saw me, which was nice.

The hotel is ideally located, super close to Tha Pae Gate, walking to Chang Kang Road Night Market is about 10 minutes away, however if you want to go to the night market on the Chiang Mai Gate side you have to call a car over. The view of the hotel is good, I booked it with breakfast, the hotel breakfast was also good, delicious!

The location is good, there are places to eat nearby, and the staff service was friendly and sabai sabai. Thank you very much.

It's right near Tha Pae Gate, very convenient. The hotel staff are very nice. They even gave me a cake for my son's birthday, which was a surprise!

The staff are enthusiastic and greet you every time. The location is very convenient. If you don’t have food nearby, you have to walk for a few minutes. The price of a four-star hotel is not cheap. I feel like staying in an ordinary domestic B&B. There is no place to wash or dry clothes in the whole building. It is not suitable for long-term stays. The air conditioner blows directly on the bed and the door is the original key. 🔑 The door is small and can only accommodate one small person. There is no children's channel on the TV. Next time, I'll stick to a chain hotel. It's more convenient to take your children to stay at Ningman Road. You can also eat.
