Very clean, friendly staff. Hotel was out of the way and a bit hard to find. Not walking distance to anywhere so you need a car or lift to go anywhere.

The hotel is well decorated and not far from Nimman Road. The price is reasonable, and the breakfast is excellent—varied and delicious, with Northern Thai dishes and fresh coffee. Top choice for a local small hotel.

The hotel features a distinctive, retro style with free snacks available 24 hours and a golf cart service to the front of the alley also available 24 hours. It’s conveniently located near Nimman Road, making travel easy. The breakfast offers a good variety, but the sticky rice is very hard, and the rice porridge, which was cold. It would have been much better, if can kept warm. There’s a free fresh coffee included, but if you want a takeaway cup, there’s a charge of 30 baht.
