We are extremely satisfied with our 3 days 2 nights stay at our Villa 6; Two-bedrooms villa type with private big swimming pool and exclusive outdoor Onsen is a bonus. This hotel provides world-class courtyard landscape with waterfall inside our villa room & equipped with modernised high-tech app in the villa that made us feel like we are in holiday atmosphere. The breakfast delivered every morning 9am to our villa as requested and they have 6 options healthy menu to choose and food are considered delicious and enough for everyone. Each room has individual standing shower, bathtub, shower tub and digital toilets. My husband really enjoyed his toilet experience during his stay. Provides wide selection of mini bars like- evian, perallagio, coke, beer chips, almonds & cup noodles and replenished rapidly. Provides in-room dinning menu from ＜Deck One＞ my boy & his friend enjoyed their food in room service deliciously. My husband & I tried their Spa service located at 10 mins drive from the hotel. It might probably belong to same group or they outsource. I tried body scrub and facial treatment service and we were assigned at a rooftop villa suite massage room. The therapist is very skillful and pleasurable. We tip them 500bahts each therapist for their excellent service during songkran. CONS: the master bedroom bed should be KING size or super King size instead of Queen bed. Recommends to upgrade their mattress quality. Overcrowded with furniture inside our master bedroom. CONS: Pest control services recommends frequently, but hotel is.kind enough to provide mosquitoes pad and spray etc. CONS: Our arrival experience is not very pleasant as the receptionist lady obviously lack of SMILE; maybe she is upset to work during Songkran. However our butler boy is very friendly and good enough to communicate with us in English. We love his services and tip him generously. We will love to come back again however the room rates are really high comparing to Ritz Carlton/ Conrad in Koh samui; but why not ?

Property is above expectations. Villa is even more beautiful in life than you see in photos. Atmosphere is relaxing and you don't wanna leave property. Hot tub and waterfall is amazing. Managers is very helpful. Amenities inside the villa is top level: Evian water, San Pelegrino, etc. We are so happy that we found this property😊

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

The environment is very good, the villa's courtyard is very beautiful, with a swimming pool, hot springs, clean and hygienic. The food bar is also very complete and the supply is fast! Ice cream, coconut rolls, potato chips, beer, soft drinks, tea, etc. The airport pick-up service is also in place, and the car is big enough! I really like it, and the cost performance is high! It is worth my strong recommendation! ! ! ! Come and stay! ! I will stay here next time!

The hotel has a car and free airport pick-up. I changed hotels and they also sent me there. 2. I like breakfast very much. It is delivered to the room and the family enjoys it in the restaurant in the room. It is warmer and more convenient than the buffet restaurant. 3. The swimming pool in the room is very large, and the two sons play in the pool almost every day. 4. The hotel cafe can order food, the menu is in the room, and the waiter delivers it. At the same time, there is a restaurant nearby, and the menu is also in the room. The hotel will order and deliver the food. 5. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the river, and there are many restaurants. I checked many hotels in Chiang Mai, and this one should be the ceiling of the hotel in the city.

The three-bedroom, one-living room room was perfect in every aspect and exceeded expectations! There is airport pick-up (the hotel staff can speak English, just call the hotel two days in advance) There is a swimming pool. The swimming pool water is very clean. There is a private bath. The private bath is always checked by staff. The privacy is very good. You can only enter the hotel villa area by swiping a card. The three-bedroom, one-living room and four toilets were booked. There is a king-size bed room downstairs and two twin beds upstairs. There are terraces and clothes drying racks! Although the breakfast is a set meal, it is delivered to the room and living room. After eating for two days, we were given a new menu! The refrigerator in the living room is free. Ice cream and fruit are added every day! The staff smiles and serves barefoot at the door! Super good! There is also a cobblestone warm water trail in the public area, which is a fairy place. There is also a self-service gym with complete facilities. There are towels and water! Anyway, the details of the places that should and should not be thought of are done better! It is recommended that friends who come to stay do not need to bring slippers and pajamas (dark and light-colored bathrobes are provided) bathing toiletries, but you must bring a comb! One day at noon, they packed food and steaks from the supermarket and brought them to the kitchen to heat them up and deliver them to us! On the way to the airport, they even contacted us to take pictures to confirm if there was anything missing!

The airport pick-up service is great! The driver is enthusiastic and proactive, helping to load the luggage, on time and safely! I have seen the hotel photos countless times before departure, and I was not disappointed after arriving, very happy! I am quite satisfied with the hardware and software. Although there are not many choices for daily breakfast, it is nutritionally balanced and delicious. It is very pleasant to share with family and friends! Fruit drinks and ice cream are replenished daily, which is a big love of children! It is a bit regrettable that I did not enjoy the swimming pool well due to the season. Every time I go out, the villa security guards take the initiative to help stop passing vehicles and let us cross the road safely. If I have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai again, I will consider choosing Lalin Villa again!
