Very Poor Customer service with discrimination in handling people based on their look.
We booked King size Room but given 2 single bed joined together initially with badly cleaned room . Getting frustrated after see the room… complained to reception & then they changed room in the night but again shower is not working. Around 12:30 in the night fixed the issues…. Even towels are not placed enough for the people, again requested & then provided.
My frien also stayed in the same condition 2 days before, so after we complained then they changed his room also… Really frustrated how badly they managed room & service people .
Last 2 days they didn’t even placed hand towel too… TV is not working… Totally bad stay .
They told king size bed will be like this single bed joined together , seems they think that we looks like never stayed in any hotel before. People who comes from abroad hv this bad experience means, if any one come from local then they hv to believe what they said.
They have to learn from Countries like China what is service means…. We travelled many countries, Even 3 star hotels hv very good service in other countries….
Anyway except hotel we enjoyed the Chennai trip. Really they hv to improve the service and also don’t think that people don’t know anything & need to believe what they said.
Don’t allot bad rooms / don’t do poor service based people’s look. Never expect these kind of discrimination in service in hotel.
Next India visit, need to think about other hotel for stay to hv complete enjoyment 😊
