This was my worst stay at an Accor hotel in India—and even worldwide. The music in the restaurant during breakfast and lunch was unbearably loud (you couldn’t even hear the person sitting next to you). I had to insist multiple times before they finally lowered it.
My bathroom flooded after my first shower. I reported it to reception, yet the issue was not fixed the next day. My room was not properly cleaned, and shockingly, someone was still cleaning it when I arrived at 2:30 AM. The receptionist even asked me to wait 5 minutes for the room to be “ready”—at 2:30 AM!
No one took my complaints seriously. I even emailed the Director of Guest Services and received no response. Absolutely unacceptable.
