Ulasan Fortel Hotel

This hotel is nice. It does have a lot of mold, but the water in the shower was hot. It's right across from the train station, which was perfect for our stay. The Japanese restaurant was delicious.

Hotel was neat, and in proximity to key places in Chennai . Food options in the hotel and places around are good Egmore station, Anna salai, higginbothams …

Was good stay. Recommend for medium budget decent stays.

Few steps from EGMORE RAILWAY STATION

Worst hotel to stay. Front desk receptionist Shaen made me wait for more than 30 min to give the room at midnight telling that he didn't get booking voucher, even though we had a clear confirmed booking. Had to contact customer care and sort it out. His behaviour was very rude. Rooms are overpriced for the size. Though we paid extra amount for breakfast during the booking, they didn't provide any information about the breakfast timings at checkin and when we went for breakfast, they said that the restaurant is closed and we cannot have the food. No one in the hotel cares for the plight of the customers. I would like to give a MINUS 10 rating for the service. Worst experience till now.

The rooms are not as shown in the reference photos. The rooms are not maintained and the smoke (cigarette) smell is all over the floor & in elevators. I had to stay because of non-refundable condition. Surely not recommended for “family”. Food is pricey. The only pros is the hotel located just next to Egmore railway station.

Dirtiest linen and furniture. Pathetic service and unwanted hatred for people of North India. Unsupportive and fake. Food is pathetic, not for pure vegetarian eaters. The water in the WC is a big issue, which they tell you after you have paid and checked in. They do not disclose this earlier. Also , They did not give me invoice as proof of my stay in this hotel even after lot of request.

Great place,best place for asian food and amazing food, really good ambience and music and Service was great especially,Ambhika was really sweet and kind to us. Overall great experience.Thank you for having us! Please do visit when you're in Chennai.

I Stayed in an Executive room at Fortel Hotel located at Egmore. It's really a good hotel offered prompt service, Nice ambience & its well renovated .I had a very comfortable stay.All the best Fortel team.

The evening was made more colorful and jolly with the atmosphere ...peaceful time was made , enjoyed a lot ... and a very special thanks fo Mr. Sundar to taking care of that much ...keep rocking guys 🤗🤗🤗. Will be come back . Just for the service

All of the fortel team were very polite and responsive .It was peaceful. Morning buffet and restaurant team members service were very excellent,Had a good stay with homely style food .Thanks for a nice stay .

One of the best couple free hotel I have stayed in Chennai.. located in next to Egmore railway station reception people so polite and the lobby manager Mr.Balaji is very courteous good stay will visit again.. Thanks to fortel team...........
