Perfect service by very kind staffs. Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room. Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach. Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

We went to play some table tennis and we were told it was an additional fee. The whole experience was lacking. The buffet was cold (dinner and breakfast) something I ate at dinner made me sick the next day of our trip. Had to cut it short and go home to recover. The waitresses in the restaurant seemed oblivious that we were even there. The “cigar lounge” was great except the lack of cigars. (I bring my own anyway) Best part was location. We were able to walk quite a ways around the lake while still on hotel grounds. Still angry about the need to pay to use the table tennis table. We had our own rackets and balls. Pool was cold and dirty so we didn’t even swim. Bed was soft but the pillows were like stones. No sleep. Shower was warm but not hot. Overall. We won’t be returning

Great service, as at any Hilton. I gave the location a 4/5, because after they filled in the outside pool, it just hasn't been as beautiful as it was before. This hotel is still highly recommended, though.

The hotel is in a great location by the Fuxian Lake and feels like the best hotel in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool and restaurant are well-equipped, and the service is thoughtful and warm. I highly recommend it!

The hotel's catering service is also remarkable. The breakfast is rich and has local characteristics. We ate two meals of carved plum ribs in the Chinese restaurant. The quality of the buffet and drinks in the executive lounge is also very good. The most worth mentioning is the hotel's service staff, the porters, the front desk, the restaurant, the guest rooms, the lounge, all of whom are very friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel at home every day here.
