Ulasan Flavia Garden Hotel (Singapore) (Chengdu South Railway Station)

The location of the hotel is about 200m from the South Railway Station Metro exit H1. After exiting walk straight ahead alongside the mall on the left till you reach a crossroad junction. The hotel is diagonally across it.The room is very clean and well mantained. The location is very good with the South Railway station serving 3 metro lines (1, 7 and 18) and a Railway line to the other areas. Metro line 18 operates to the Tianfu International Airport Terminal. The hotel staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast is good with a reasonably wide menu which changes daily. It is a good hotel to stay in.

The Good: 1) The room was nicely renovated. Very different feeling from the lobby and lift and corrido, which are old and dated. Can overlook the public spaces since you're only living inside. 2) Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, bedroom slippers, hair dryer, all given. Nice touch of a Chinese tea set for 2 as well. But didn't have body lotion. 3) Sufficient towels and bathrobes which were not torn. 4) Service staff good! Allowed me to check in earlier than stated 2pm and I waited 20 mins for room to be ready. Also kept a lookout for a parcel and informed me when it reached. The Ok: Not too obvious from the main road. Come out Exit H1 of South Railway Station metro station, walk straight ahead about 400m to the road junction. It's diagonally opposite the road to the Capita Mall. Walking from Line 18 to hotel with luggage takes about 10 mins. Road pavement is ok for luggage wheels. The Bad: Nothing too bad. Just wish they gave a full roll of toilet paper instead of half for a 1 day stay.

Good breakfast and friendly front desk ladies. Especially xiao zhang and xiao zhu who were very helpful.

The location though near Chengdu railway south station is at least 30mins taxi to taiko Li. Also the towels have seen better days Breakfast is limited . Very disappointed

Awesome stay, convenient location, close to metro & shopping/food. There’s even family mart behind the hotel building. The room is spacious, fragrance, comfy bed, and strong shower with good toiletries. Up to my expectation, though a little worry at first on the condition when booking. Recommended.

The hotel is so near the subway station, which means tourists can take the subway from the international airport in Chengdu to reach the hotel. At night the traffic around doesn't disturb sleep. Restaurants are within walking distance. What is more; even the railway station is within walking distance.

Walking distance to subway and Capitaland shopping mall. Hotel in good location and easily be found.

Good location, 500m from exit H1.Clean and kindness staff. Hotel have washing and Dryer machine service for free on 12th floor.

Room was clean. Hotel very close to subway station and there is a mall nearby. Breakfast was good too.

Very convenient location. Clean room. Good breakfast. Just next to subway station which has direct line to airport. The hotel is under a Singapore company so the whole place has a good vibe of home for sinhaporeams

We stayed 4 different accommodations this trip, only this hotel provided a small fridge in room. But the receptionists’ attitude was the worst among all. Impatiently answered our questions and fully black face without any smile, nothing received despite her promise to send extra water to our room. And one of the receptionist asked us to show VISA to China, without knowing that certain countries passport holders no longer require VISA within 15 or 30 days (sound unprofessional to me).

Good location, close to South Station, convenient if you are taking fast trains to/from Tifu airport or other cities. Metro lines 1 & 7 can also get you to other areas of Chengdu. Breakfast is good but the carpet in the lifts seem a bit old and dirty. Other facilities are ok and I will be happy to stay again if ever I come to Chengdu again.

The hptel located not far from metro. There is a park just infront of hotel. The bf is ok. The room is clean.
