After learning that it was your express delivery, the staff immediately explained and apologized to you on WeChat. You did not say anything at the time and ordered the staff to pick up other express deliveries for you from Cainiao Station and deliver them to your room together. Because there were many guests checking in that day and the front desk was busy with check-in, they informed you of the address of the Cainiao Station and hoped that you could pick up the package yourself when you had time. So you questioned the staff on WeChat why they couldn't help you pick up the package, why they opened the outer packaging of your package, and why they didn't check your shower head.
