The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the lady who wear eyeglass and the petite lady. They were both willing to help with taxi calls and museum bookings. I had a payment problem, so I asked staff who wear eyeglasses for help. She was very helpful, but she got reprimanded. I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or colleague. understand this but it would be better if she didn't talk to me with that displeased face and didn‘t blame that staff. After that, I never saw the staff smiling again. It is a pity that the charm of hospitality and service has been lost by those who adhere to the rules more than service and customer satisfaction. You can keep the hotel rules and not disappoint customers with your words. Anyway I really appreciate 2 staff that I mentioned she very have service mind.

I stayed at Atour due to the epidemic lockdown and quarantine and fell in love with this hotel. This time when I sent my children to school, there was Atour just opposite the school. Although it is a Qingju Hotel, the location, facilities and services are very satisfactory. Next to it is Tianjie. Shopping mall, a few steps further is the second west gate of the school. The hotel has free washing and drying services, which is convenient for purchasing new items and washing military training uniforms. It is said to be self-service, but in the evening the waiters will help clean, dry and tidy up the items. Very thoughtful. The breakfast variety is not too many but it is also exquisite. Very satisfied with the stay experience. recommend!

This time I stayed at Atour Hotel Chengdu Longquan Shimao Plaza because of a friend’s recommendation, and I was not disappointed. The hotel's design style is unique and modern, and every detail exudes warmth. Especially the reading area in the lobby kept me from getting bored while waiting to check in. In the room, the curtains are automatically controlled, the lights can be adjusted freely, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, making it really comfortable. After dinner, I worked out for a while in the hotel gym, which was well equipped and clean. What moved me even more was that when I checked out the next day, the lady at the front desk gave me a cup of coffee, so that I still felt the warm care when I left. My trip to Chengdu became even more unforgettable because of this hotel.

I love it. I often book Atour on WeChat. Today I booked it on Ctrip for the first time. I saw this store had just opened and decided to try it out. The hotel is very close to Jitouqiao Station on Metro Line 9. I left. I arrived in 3 minutes. At first glance, the hotel was really nice. When I checked in, the front desk was very polite. They brought me tea and introduced me to the hotel's equipment. It was very good. The elevator ran smoothly and quickly. The room It is arranged on the 12th floor. The guest room is in the style I like, the bedding is as comfortable as ever, and the laundry room in this store is awesome! There are 5 washing machines and 5 dryers. It is the largest laundry room I have ever seen in Atour. The breakfast room is on the first floor. The restaurant has a large space and rich food. Atour promoted a healthy breakfast some time ago. Also, a bowl of millet porridge will make you full of energy~ It’s a good experience. I will choose it next time I have the opportunity!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room window was overlooking some noisy construction on the street, but the soundproofing was very effective. Breakfast buffet is the best we had in Chinese hotels, and so is the late night porridge snack. The staff was very helpful and kind to us. They helped us immediately with various questions. Near the hotel are Caotang North Road metro station, a very fine restaurant Chen Mapo Tofu, and Songxianqiao - antiques market. My most sincere recommendations!
