The Abbey Town House - Cheltenham

Very cleaned good location good service friendly ..I will be back again

I have just had a two nights stay at the Abbey townhouse and have got nothing but praise for this B&B. From the moment I arrived the staff went out of their way to help. Alina and Takway were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless & spacious with a fabulous bathroom and the best hot shower. Magnolia who helped with breakfast was very helpful. Continental breakfast was lovely with good healthy options. Highly recommend The Abbey Townhouse Thanks ladies

Lovely town house situated right in the heart of Cheltenham town. I stayed for an event at the town hall and this was only a few minutes walk away from there. It is ideally located for restaurants, bars and shopping. The Abbey Town House is a charming place, typical regency style of the town and the room was very good with everything I needed. Comfortable bed, good pillows and a good size little en suite. The staff were super helpful and friendly and I felt like I was staying over at a friend's house. The continental breakfast was great, lots of choice and fresh produce, served in a conservatory room downstairs overlooking the garden. I can thoroughly recommend here over the bigger faceless, corporate hotels and I will definitely stay again travel permitting. I had a parking space right outside (lucky) and a parking permit was issued at reception digitally so no need to return to the car. Top marks all round.
