After reading all of the wonderful reviews online, we were so disappointed with the condition of this property. The sheets for the foldout couch were stained and torn, the toilet was not secured to the floor, the ceiling was damaged and peeling in the pool area, and the shower was inoperable. However, the service and the breakfast were wonderful. I know you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so I would like a refund. Thank you.

The property was amazing! It was quiet for the most part, the noise did not come from staff but from guests kids. Thankfully they did quite down around 10:30pm. I highly suggest bringing a fire stick, you can just plug it in the TV and watch whatever ya want.

Great breakfast! Room was pretty good. I loved that the floors were hard and not carpet, but there were a few things broken or in need or being replaced.

The rooms were paper thin so we heard everything next door and down the halls. The beds were rock hard.
We found a bunch of hair on blankets and the bar soap was already opened and used. The shower curtain was too short for bathroom.
We have another La Quinta stay booked for in Orlando in a month and wondering if we should switch hotels after this experience

Convenient hotel right off of i75. Very busy area lots of restaurants to choose from. Service is sub par there were no towels at the pool until we asked and the elevator did not work properly. Overall good experience.

The hotel is exactly as pictured online. The pool is smaller than pictured but that is the only thing. The breakfast is wonderful with great selections and many options.
