Fresh fruit on arrival and great coffee each morning. We even got a free room upgrade. Very comfortable bed and hi-tech shower - we had a very nice stay.

The stay is at good place, almost middle of the city and very near to most famous tourist area. Good food joints near by. And the bed was very comfortable and cosy. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

This was probably my favorite hotel during my seven week trip around China. I had the third-floor room with view of the lake and a bathtub in my room. The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottle water and gave a gift of fruit upon arrival. The price quality ratio was better than expected. The staff were very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel for family on short trip to chaozhou. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby has eateries. Value for money. Highly recommended for travellers who don't mind walking a little bit. Of course u can use taxi but I preferred to walk

主要是圖個路線方便。民宿是在西湖邊。出門就是西湖。比較安靜。沒有景區那麼吵鬧。步行去牌坊街就10多分鐘。民宿服務比較周到。入住前有提前聯繫。告知機場過來的路線和交通工具。直接到門口下車。這點對於我這行李多又懶的人是最適合了。前台小哥有問必答。推薦了很多好吃好玩的。每個樓層走廊都有免費休息茶座。窗外就是西湖。舒適感滿分。頂樓還有露天茶座。民宿性價比來説比較好。值得推薦

老闆很熱情，還給升了湖景大床房。位置不錯，步行20分鐘以內周邊都是景點。早餐是家常菜，好吃。

帶爸媽出遊，上一次住過一次感覺很好，但這次衞生確實差了點鳳凰單樅茶1包:這兩個都很不錯設施：還可以吧衞生：一般環境：不錯服務：一般，沒有上次好

Tanggapan dari Properti: 感謝您選擇一湖歸心，並給予我們評價，上一次因為特殊原因，您的湖景房升級為套房，這一次，套房已經住了，您訂了2個房間，湖景房沒有可升級房型，但是榻榻米大床前台人員已經給您升級了啊，您問的時候有跟您解釋過了套房正常非特殊原因沒辦升級，況且當晚有人住，然後您進進出出都帶着笑臉給您打招呼，有什麼服務不到位的，可以現場反應，我們都是以客為主，儘量滿足客人。衞生哪裡做得不夠好都可以直接跟我們説，不滿意就換房或者重做，都是可以的，小店向來都是用心盡力去服務好每一位客人！希望大家都能多提意見，我們可以學習成長，再次感謝您入住一湖歸心，祝您生活愉快！
