Benar-benar sepadan dengan harganya. Kamar kami sangat nyaman, luas, dan bersih. Lokasinya tidak di pusat kota, tetapi layanan antar-jemput gratis ke kota tua dapat diatur dengan mudah oleh resepsionis yang sangat membantu. Mereka juga membantu kami dengan supir untuk mengunjungi daerah desa terdekat. Ruang binatu, terletak di dekat ruang makan, dengan beberapa unit mesin cuci dan pengering untuk kami gunakan. Seseorang dapat menikmati sarapan lezat saat binatu sedang dilakukan. Kami sangat menikmati masa tinggal kami di sana.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dengan akses mudah ke berbagai tempat wisata, restoran, dan transportasi di dekatnya. Stafnya sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian, selalu siap membantu dengan senyuman. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan nyaman, menawarkan lingkungan yang nyaman dan menenangkan. Jelas bahwa manajemen mengutamakan kepuasan tamu dan standar yang tinggi. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Orange Mercure kepada siapa pun yang mencari tempat menginap yang bagus. Saya pasti akan kembali saat kunjungan saya berikutnya ke daerah ini!

The hotel is newly opened, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped . The beautiful Han River is just a 10-minute walk away, though Guanji Bridge is a bit farther. However, you can easily take the hotel's shuttle to both the bridge and Chaozhou Old Town.

Overall is good. Space for their breakfast is limited although breakfast is included but you have to seek for seats even when you go earlier for the breakfast. Food choices for the breakfast is limited as well, can taste better. For amenities, they don’t provide bathrobe, body lotion and laundry bag other than that basic necessities js provide.

location slightly off, but Offset by the hotel provides buggy to old city. ample car parking for self driving with peaceful environment. good restaurants nearby, my visitors friends whom drove all love the locations for parking

A very nice hotel with good facilities, good sevice,very friendly and helpful staffs . Very spacious room and good breakfast with plenty of variety of food. Only down side is a bit far from tourist attractions but still is a walking distance. Overall it is a good hotel to stay.

The hotel is new, offers comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The cleaner did not clean the room thoroughly, and some rubbish was left behind. However, the hotel staff was responsive to our complaint.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Bed comfortable but pillows too soft. Toilets cleaned but smell oddly. Comfortable and useful laundry area, detergent provided. Breakfast not much to choose. Location is not that convenient.

Service is good. Location is good and they have free transportation to sightseeing area. Restaurant nearby 阿文 is reasonable price.

Happy with the hotel. A little out of the way from old town, but hotel provides transport to us to visit it. Facilities provided is good and staffs are friendly. The bathroom is outstanding.

It was a bit far to walk to the GuCheng and other tourist spots, but they have a free ride there which was very convenient (as well as using car-ride service). The service was stellar. The lady at the front desk helped us a lot in booking an appropriate car for a ride to the high speed rail. Very quick, efficient, professional and polite! Facilities were clean and provided breakfast was also nice. They also have a food delivery robot that was very cute!
