We'd like to apologize you about the some inconvenience caused however if you found the something have not perfect or prefer some special services please inform us by immediately such as the towel issue to replacement the new one's for you and to solving the problem as the hot water not working and the water strain on the glass on your room have the stubborn stains which can't remove to crystal clear as your expectation but now under finding the solution to improve it and next as porkridge issue we have serving one's by one because we aware the quality of the taste of food especially the porkridge which can't instant serve in the breakfast line because it will be bloomed until it was a mess it make the taste have not good for the customers and the last of your issue as the noise from the beside building as the out of control from us because it have different owner of our property we can only co-operation with them to not do the loud work on time that the customers living however we already issue it to local government to manage this issue.
