Ulasan Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

올인클루시브로 가서 편하긴했지만 역시나 같은음식에 너무 지루했어요..흔한 새우 한마리를 본적아없네요..과일을 다양했어요. 그래도 물놀이하고 호텔안에있는 여행사를 껴서 투어를 하고 오니 시간도 잘가고 좋았어요~! 룸청소도 청결하게 잘하고 식사때 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다! 택시는 호텔에서 추천해준곳을 이용했고 공항에서 호텔까지 45유로였어요!

올인클루시브 리조트로 가족단위로 가기에 정말 적합한 리조트 입니다. 모든 식사를 리조트에서 해결 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

The holiday was booked for my 40th, I went with my mum partner 14 year old son and my in laws, I literally didn’t want to leave. Alex who did the bingo was absolutely amazing and really made us laugh and got so involved with us all, taking time to come and speak to people and when I won bingo he was full of smiles and banter! A great guy!! Very easy on the eye too. Eleniky who was part of the house keeping team was by far the most amazing lady ever, she felt like part of the family by the time we were leaving she was smiley and very welcoming her and my mum also bonded well. The hotel was beautiful the rooms were lovely and so spacious, always well looked after. Food was good, I guess all inclusives tend to all be the same with the styles of dishes but was always something for everyone. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The views were stunning from the hotel. Could have been more for adult entertainment but I guess it’s a family hotel so more for children of younger ages. The hotel is a bit further out from main towns but a bus stops at the top of the road and a little marker shop by the bus stop with very friendly staff. I had a massage on the sunbed by the spa staff who were friendly and I ended up with some body mist they sold… smells insane and now reminds me of my wonderful holiday! I celebrated my 40th whilst I was there and the room was decorated and a lovely huge cake was made, made me feel very special. Wonderful crepes made on the bars, super yummy! All inclusive cocktails actually were strong enough, some places I’ve been and you get them and they are super weak, I did buy a few cocktails that wernt on the free drinks and omg they were absolutely insane. although I don’t have young children I’d still go back to Kiani beach. I really do miss Crete. Thank you for making my holiday one to remember

Fabulous week. The food was great, grilled pork gyros was amazing!! The upgraded drinks were worth it, I lived on Mai Tais all week. Shoutout to the bartender Dimitiri. Special mention to the animation team, led by Gemma. Wow their vibes were awesome. The highlight of our week stay was ABBA tribute band. The girls had an energy I will not forget and I wish I could have seen it again. Will return to this hotel for sure.

Myself and 4 friends have returned from a 3 night stay at the resort. This was a little break to celebrate our 20+ year friendship and we had a wonderful time. Our group had varying dietary requirements and the 3 buffet restaurants offered some delicious and healthy options. Our favourite was the restaurant in the new wing where our vegan friend was made a cheese-feee pizza by chef Raj, a spicer omelette was made for a friend who likes a bit more heat, other options and allergens were explained to us also. We were all in Maisonette Loft Open Plan rooms which were incredibly spacious. This was a two level room, with beds and bathrooms on each floor. If that wasn’t enough we had a sea facing balcony, and an outside space with a jacuzzi and seating. The rooms had sufficient storage and bathrooms were clean. Due to the size, layout and possibly the time of year we visited (early October), the hotel never felt overcrowded. We have to mention the excellent staff who provided a 5-Star service: Raj (Chef), Gemma (entertainment), Dimitris (bar), Bijal (bar) and Bal Krishna (bar and restaurant). Thank you so much for making this a truly memorable trip and looking after us all.

We just come back from family holidays at Kiani Beach Resort. Everything about that’s place is amazing Lovely staff,special thank you to Dimitris,Bigay and Angelika. They work so hard without complaints,very helpful and always happy. I can recommend that’s hotel to couple with kids or without.Rooms with private pool so cool and posh.

We went as a larger family group of 5 adults and 3 children and had an absolute blast! Hotel staff couldn't do enough for you, always happy to help, great service and the animation team are fantastic. They all work so hard. Food was amazing, so much choice and delicious. There really is something for everyone. Evening entertainment was a little hit and miss. Out 2 year old loved the mini disco and bouncy castle each evening. The other entertainment we found was aimed at the younger audience. Our 11 year old wasn't really interested and 9 year old went back and fore, but not a problem for us. We took a pack of playing cards and had a great time. Rooms were fantastic. Spotless. We stayed in a superior maisonette and it was perfect. Everywhere was always kept so clean. We had such a lovely time. Thank you to all involved in running this amazing place! You're doing a great job!

We’ve just returned from the most incredible family holiday at Kiani Beach Resort, and let me tell you, it was everything we needed and more! We have three kids — a 6-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 5-month-old baby — and if you know, you know. Traveling with kids can be intense. But the moment we arrived, the amazing staff made us feel right at home (shoutout to the staff for going above and beyond at every turn!). The kids’ facilities here are next-level — from splash pools to a great kids’ club . We didn’t leave ours at the kids club but stayed with them . Our 6-year-old lived in the pools, and our 3-year-old was obsessed with the playgrounds and mini disco. Even our baby had her own special moments, thanks to the baby facilities dotted around the resort, making everything super easy. Everything is pram friendly too with lifts and ramps everywhere! We stayed in one of the pool rooms, which was absolutely immaculate. Being able to just step out of our room and into the pool? Total game-changer with the kids. Plus, we never had to worry about meals, as there were so many family-friendly dining options that suited even our fussy little eaters I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway where the kids are in paradise (and if your children are older than 4 then the parents can get a bit of a breather too as you can leave the kids at the kids club unaccompanied if they are over 4) Kiani Beach Resort is the spot. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Kiani beach resort is a fantastic place. It is very close to facilities/amenities and the staff are nothing but helpful. The only downside for me personally was that the food at times can be quiet repetitive when you are self serving via the buffet, this is not to suggest the food is poor because that is far from the case. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, but again we left the resort several times to explore Crete. We would advise anyone travelling to rent a car, we had an amazing day out when doing so. I would like to give a special mention to Dimitris and Bijay who served drinks by the pool bar. These guys were absolutely amazing at their job, and the best part about them as a whole is they make you feel at home. Another special mention would be to our fellow Irish woman Gemma who worked in the entertainment part of the hotel. She again made us feel very comfortable, also giving us several tips on our first day of what attractions to see locally etc. Thank you Kiani, we will be back one day.

This is truly a 5 star family all inclusive hotel resort with 5 restaurant options including fine dining, 5 pools and a large indoor pool to freshen up out of the sun. Excellent food buffets which the children loved and complimented by lovely caring staff The rooms are all family size spacious and a great location looking over Souda Bay. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and if are prepared to pay an extra €15 a day per head then take the upgrade for premium drinks and other discounts.

Great little spot with good attention to detail, lovely food and a good variety of pools and activities for adults and kids alike. Right on the sea too! Only reason not to award 5 stars is the fact it is a little isolated with not much within walking distance

Very nice hotel a specially for kids, and very kind and helpfull service, special thanks for lifeguards and bartender Angelika from pool bar - great coctails. There are tree restaurants serving very tasty meals, every time you can find something what you like.
